Looking for a reliable and efficient local handyman? I’ve been building and remodeling homes in Broward County since 1996. For small projects, simply send me your to-do list—whether it’s drywall repair (including mold remediation), interior doors and trim, shelving, light fixtures, furniture assembly, or fixing anything that’s broken. Get up to 4 hours of professional handyman service for just $350! If you’ve got a longer list or a larger project, no problem! I’m happy to provide a custom quote. We also handle ceiling fan installations (basic electrical work such as changing outlets and cover plates), shelving, closet systems, and furniture assembly. Essentially, if something needs to be repaired, we can assist. Owned and operated by a professional finished carpenter, we ensure quality craftsmanship in every project.

Services we don't offer

We do not offer any extensive Electrical work, air conditioning, plumbing or roofing.

Broward property maintenance came 10 minutes early i showed them 4 task to do (repair drywall,hang a ceiling fan, paint a wall and caulking).They were very polite and easy to talk to barely new they were there and when they were done it so clean you would of never known they were there witch being a clean freak i appreciated that a lot.I would definitely hire broward property maintenance agian!!
