Their service was good. The service was exactly what they said it would be. They had a good price.

The basic design and color selection was good, although they did leave out some things from the plan that should have been included from the beginning. Where this company really falls down is the execution of the plan and quality of the products they sold us and the services of most of their subcontractors. They are absolutely atrocious when it comes to following up on calls or email messages. We are currently having to redo some of the substandard painting done by their recommended painter. Some of the issues concerning the furniture have never been resolved. Other issues that we were unhappy with have also not been resolved. We did learn to never buy any furnishings before you try sitting on them. Also just because a company has a fancy name and sells only through interior designers doesn't mean that they build quality furnishings and that they will stand behind them. In fact the opposite may be true. This interior designer did not back us up.
