+ 1 moreI knew Patrickson's work from jobs he had done at my parent's house. On this occasion Patrickson and Kenson came and did the work required. They were very professional and friendly and completed the work required without delay. They helped us understand a few problems that we had. One thing I love about Patrickson is that he will not try to do any more work than is required. He knows his trade very well and will help you understand what is required to get the job done, and will not to try to sell you on unnecessary work - in fact he'll help you avoid it. I would hire Allsite again in a heartbeat.
Description of Work: General repair and upgrading in two apartments (duplex). Replace breaker for tankless water hearer, install flex for sprinkler pump valve, install bubble covers and GFI outlets for outdoor outlets, install new outlet and timer for landscaping transformer, install door bell, install closet lighting fixtures, fix exposed wiring in conduit, troubleshoot ceiling fan/light, etc.

He took care of all the permitting with the city at no extra cost. He was punctual, cordial and professional throughout the process. The work was done in one day and passed the city inspection with no problems. We are very happy with the new panel and would not hesitate to hire him again for any electrical job in the future.

+ -1 morePatrickson and his team were prompt, courteous and professional. I felt comfortable with them and confident in their work. I originally contacted them to install the 240v 50 amp outlet for the EVSE (car charger). However, as I found out from all of the Electricians who bid on the project, my electric panels were considered a fire hazard so I was required to replace them. Out of the four electricians that bid on the project, I felt Patrickson presented the clearest proposal and he was local. The installation spanned two days and the team was prompt each day and worked professionally the entire time they were at my property. The installation was thorough and neat and they cleaned up everywhere they worked. It has been almost two months since the installation and I have had no issues with the power and the EVSE is working great. Props to Patrickson, O'neil and Kenson (sorry if I misspelled anyone's name) for a job well done!
Description of Work: Replaced both outside and inside electrical panels, ran new conduit and copper wire from outside panel to inside panel, installed one 120v outlet in garage, installed one 240v 50amp outlet in garage to power Electric Vehicle Service Equipment and also installed the EVSE.

+ -1 moreWhen I came home after playing golf my wife informed me that we had no power in the master bedroom closets. I looked to see if it was a breaker problem. When I determined that it was not I went to Angies list and found allsite electric recommend by its customers. I called and Patrick answered he said he would be able to come today in about an hour. Patrick called to say he was having problems on the present job but would come between 7 and 7:30. He arrived me 7:15 and he determined the problem and fixed it. He was very neat and pleasant. I would highly recommend his company for and work, and when he said he would come he did. Thanks Patrick

+ 0 moreIt was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Mr. Canoville came to our house to give us a quote on the evening of the day I phoned him. The job was performed that same week. Mr. Coanovelle and his assistants arrived on time, covered the floor and everything in our house very carefully, and they completed the job in a very timely manner. The size bulbs and layout that Mr. Canoville suggested for each room were perfect, and the lights look beautiful. We couldn't be happier, and we recommend him highly. I must add that we have had a great deal of work done on our house and have worked with contractors for the past two years. This experience was special. Mr Canoville is not only an excellent electrician. He and the gentlemen who work with him go out of their way to be kind and considerate and make the experience completely comfortable and pleasant for his customers.

+ -1 moreThey were great and we did not have any issues. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves. They installed the outlet and it was done really neat. The esthetics were good and it looked good when they finished. He went up in the attic where he was running the wires and he tied up some of the wires that were already there. He put a cap on another wire that was already there. They did a great job. The only thing was that I think they were highly priced compared to the other quotes I had gotten, but in terms of their service they were great.

His associate Neil was very personable and did a good job. They did several different jobs around the house and everything turned out great. In addition to the high cost of such, this was also ordered to be completed urgently by our homeowners' insurance company! The existing equipment was no longer code compliant, nor UL listed, which posed a potential fire hazard. Our decision to selection Allsite Electric was quite an easy one. While we were in the process of reviewing the first three quotes, we received the "Angie's List of Best Contractors In Our Area Book." Allsite Electric is ranked #1 and there isn't any doubt as to why! From start to finish, this entire experience was truly the most professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly service we have ever experienced, ever! We will never need to seek multiple estimates for any future electrical needs...ALLSITE ELECTRIC IS THE ONE AND ONLY CALL WE WILL EVER NEED TO MAKE!!!

We went to Angie's list and started our search hoping to find an electrician that could show up the same day. We found Patrickson and he said he could come by at Noon. He showed up on time, which rarely happens in South Florida. He was amazing. He put up a Chandelier in our dinning room, exactly the way my wife wanted it. He was a true professional, who has an eye for the small details. It was a pleasure having him in our home. We already have three or four other projects that we have discussed with him. We will be using his services again and recommending him to friends and family. I wish there was an A++ rating I could give him.

+ -1 morePatrick and his partner were absolutely organized and clean. They covered everything and kept their space clean. They took their time to access the problems and were able to fix every problem with have. We were having areas of the house that will shut down when the blower was turned on. Breakers had gone bad, but also we needed more amp to get the problem resolve. that required for them to get into attic and replace both cables to both bathroom, installed two GFI outlets one for each bath. We had a fan in on of the bedroom that stop, working had a remote, he determined remote was not good. We replaced a lot of the light switches some that needed GFI, installed a dimmer in great room. I just bought a new fan for master room, he will be installing soon!
Description of Work: Updated amp cable from main switch box to bathroom, they were too low. Fix a fax that was not working remote. Changed a bunch of outlets and light switches that were outdated.
