+ -1 moreI have since spoken to a retired Electrician who advised me that the $3,700 that Patrickson quoted to change out my electrical panel was way too much. This retired Electrician told me that it should cost around $1,000. He has nothing to gain from telling me this because he is retired.
Description of Work: I hired All Site Electric to do several jobs for me. They did the smallest job for me on time and properly. I was very happy with that. However, I set another appt (with a specific date and 2 hour time window) with the Owner, Patrickson Canoville, to come and give me an estimate for both an outdoor security system as well as to set the date to change out the old electrical panel here which we discussed many months ago when the weather was heating up. I waited the 2 hour time window which Patrick himself had designated but he did not show up or call. I then called him but got his voice mail. He called me back about 2 hours after his own time window ended to advise that he could come the next day and would call me in the morning. Halfway through the next day (a Saturday) , he called me and said that he was too busy to make it. He then reset the appointment for the following Wednesday, now "Appointment #3". He never showed up or called. Patrickson has time management issues and overpromises and undedelivers. Not reliable.

+ -1 morePatrick did an excellent job of replacing my panel box under difficult circumstances, and devoted a great deal more time to the job because the wiring in my condo needed extra attention. He was very knowledgeable and very prompt in responding to my request for his help when I found him on Angie's List. His estimate was by far the best of the 3 that I received, and he did just as good a job as I expected.
Description of Work: Replacement of electric panel box and 4 outlets, and hard wiring of smoke detectors

Description of Work: They came in for a quote. They said it would be $1700. This seemed a bit high to us, so we had another provider some out to do an estimate to us, which came in much lower and they were able to do the work in much less time.

+ -1 moreThe original fee did not include several important parts of the job. Although this was indicated in small print on the offer, the additional fees were almost as much as the original offer. In addition, the inspector asked why they didn't include fire detectors, which raised the bill even higher. Original Angie's List Price $849. Upgrade to 150 amp $135; Two carbon Monoxide Combos $240. Looks like Patrick discounted the bill by approximately $100. Final Total: $1,779.88 I wish I had known how much I would be paying before I hired them, for planning purposes, but the job was well done and well worth it. I would absolutely hire them again.

As promised, he called a day ahead to confirm the appointment; called again in route to my home and arrived exactly on time. He had the proper equipment and a helper to replace my fixture and did it quickly. Made sure I was fully satisfied before leaving and even took the old fixture away. Wish I had more work for Partickson to do. :-)

We had a recurrence of the problem a few days later and Patrick was responsive and came out and worked another few hours on it. He stands by his work and does a great job. Very friendly and professional. I've used a lot of electricians here in Miami and he's hands-down the best. Glad to have finally found the best one.
