ADVANCED RESURFACING

Go elsewhere for your resurfacing. They gave me a good deal...$400...but now I have to pay $500 to get it redone. I should have known better when I called them an hour after they were supposed to be at my home and they hadn't shown, and the owner said he would come do it. Drove up in a car with equipment in his trunk. Worst job ever. Pitted surface all over -- bumps and sharp edges that tear a sponge when you wipe the surface. Owner said he would send someone over to buff it --- the guy USED SANDPAPER that totally took off the sheen and a layer of the resurfacing. They said they would re-do it....that was over a month ago and after numerous calls and texts asking when they would fix it -- I have given up and hired someone else. That company told me they have to take the tub all the way down and completely re-do it, and that it was the worst, most amateurish job they have ever seen. Personally, I could probably have done it better myself with a kit from Home Depot. Don't use these guys, because you will end up spending TWICE as much just to get it fixed.
