He was great and could not have been nicer.

The representative worked hard to try to get someone out to the condo ASAP - which I very much appreciated as the tenant did not have any dryer access! Also, they called me post-cleaning to follow-up and let me know that my charges were adjusted less than the original quote. The original quote was not accurate for(higher than) the type of condo housing we have. We greatly appreciate that - and as a result, will definitely call them back in the future!

The team of two fellows was fast, efficient and did excellent work. They showed up on time, price was as quoted and no extra BS was offered. Would highly recommend using them.

Tech showed up on time and got right to work. He refused to use my front door because access to the dryer was more direct through the garage. I invited him in numerous times and he declined because he said that he didn't want to get any dirt in my house. He was very professional, quick and VERY thorough. I can't believe how well he cleaned the dryer and up after himself. This is the best experience I have had with a "contractor" in at least 10 years. I will use again.

It was such a pleasure dealing with this company! I spoke with Carol-Ann on the phone to schedule the appointment who was extremely friendly and helpful. I called her multiple times as I had numerous questions and she was able to answer every single one without any complaints. The men who did all of the work were on time and did an excellent job. I'm very pleased with the service. Two technicians showed up, one who worked from the roof and the other behind the dryer. Both of them were professional and friendly. They explained my options for the screen over the top of the vent, but never pushed me to do anything. I agreed to have them install a collar around the vent pipe underneath the roof; it was attempted, but I was told that they weren't comfortable doing it because of the height of the attic (it's more like an unfinished floor rather than an attic). They did a great job of cleaning up (I couldn't find a spec of lint any where) and were very honest, placing the $0.06 they found under the dryer on a shelf. The whole job took about 40 minutes and I'm very pleased with the result. My only complaint is the price. As I'm at the very northern end of their service territory (they're based in Fort Lauderdale), I was charged more than if I was in Broward or Miami Dade county. I understand that it costs more in driving, but it's still frustrating.

The repairman did an excellent job and cleaned up after he finished. He was prompt and courteous. I would definitely hire Aaron Dryer Vents again.

They provided same day service and did an excellent job overall. I've never cleaned that vent since I moved in. The guys were helpful and even made some adjustments to the dryer. I will be using me again.

Perfect! They were great. I called at 9 am and they were here at 12:30. The gal that answered the phone was very, very pleasant. Rodolfo was wonderful, and he explained in detail what he was doing. He left my utility room spotless. I felt very comfortable with him and his work. I will recommend this company to everyone I know!

Wow what service. Called at 10 AM and they were here to clean the vent at 11:30 AM. Very polite and professional. Very neat. One guy worked from the roof and another worked inside at the dryer. Didn't take long to complete. Highly recommend them.

Fantastic - these are the pros you are looking for. Everything from scheduling, showing up, estimate, and getting it done. Outside wall looks like the vent has always been there.

FANTASTIC company! I called them and they showed up SAME day, 3 men arrived even before the time they said they would be here and they jumped in to action. I watched them and they were professional and knew what they were doing. My dryer vent was badly clogged and they removed a LOT of lint and then sent their brush through to clean it thoroughly. I would use them again without hesitation, everyone should!
