Excellent. Cleaned from the outside. Cut drying time in half.

Noticed that it was taking forever to dry clothes, called them to come and service the vent. They arrived on time, moved the dryer, explained the situation, upgraded the dryer hose as well. Very good company.

The requested service was done in the timeline promised. They showed when they said they would and told us the truth.

They were on time which I think is prob my biggest thing when making any appts. Was very professional and went over everything even showed me how bad my dryer vent needed cleaning ( never got it cleaned when I purchased my house 4 yrs ago big mistake) Will be using them every yr to keep my vent clean.

Rudolpho, the technician, was excellent. He did not object to me following him around as I was curious how much debris would come out of the vent. He went up on the roof, removed the critter screens which had a substantial blockage and explained the pros and cons of putting the screen back in. He was extremely pleasant. He arrived right on time and finished quickly. I thought the price charged was extremely reasonable and would recommend the company to everybody. A side note, the lady who answered their phone and booked the appointment was very helpful in that she changed my appointment time to accommodate us as we had dinner arrangements in the early evening. Altogether a very pleasant and inexpensive.

My initial phone call was returned quickly. An appointment was set for the same week. I received a call when the tech was on his way. He was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I had at least 1 inch of hard packed lint blocking my screen at the exit point on the roof. It looked like a piece of insulation. After having the vent clean, my clothes dry in no time at all. ..with hardly a wrinkle. I can understand how a fire can start if you don't clean your dryer vent on a regular basis.

I have a two story home and they cleaned the dryer vent from both the inside and outside. They were very neat and clean and moved items around along with putting everything back in its place. I am very pleased and will use them again.

Went great. He asked me the issue, assessed the problem and resolved it. I told him the walls were sweating when I dried the clothes and he knew the dryer hose was cracked. He fixed it, then cleaned the vents to the roof. We works fast no, not a second was wasted.

My situation was a bit unique. I had some recent indoor painting done by my housekeeper's husband. He noticed that my dryer hose was broken. I asked if he could include replacing it while taking care of some other handyman projects around the house. He did replace it about a month or so ago. I thought all was well. Last week I was out of town and my son house sat and noticed the dryer wasn't drying after 3 cycles. I too tried drying some clothes and realized it wasn't working and decided to buy a new dryer. Yesterday the delivery men came to install the dryer and while taking out the old dryer they noted there was water in my dryer. They then asked for a bucket because when they disconnected the hose a bunch of water came out from the dryer. They told me I probably had a roof leak and they would not install the dryer. Needless to say, I freaked out. Did some googling and found out that a dirty dryer vent can cause condensation. I called Aarons on Monday and Carmen explained to me how I can get water in my dryer and assured me that 90% of the time it is a dirty vent. He came out the same day, checked the roof to be double sure there was no leak, cleaned the vent and then proceeded to tell me my handyman installed the dryer vent hose 100% wrong. He kept it too long so that it folded up on itself ...and.....he installed an air conditioning vent hose....totally wrong product. This error cost me a dryer. The moral of the story...chose the right provider for the job or it will cost you in the long run. Next year I will have my vent cleaned again and will update my hose through Aaron Dryer Vents.

They were great from early price inquiries to performing the job. Highly recommended. Solid work, amazing to see what they removed. This will speed up drying and add life to our dryer no question.

I am so glad I had this company come out when I did. The lint in my dryer vent was a fire waiting to happen. Two years ago I had an appliance company repair my dryer and "clean" the dryer vent. That company did not know what they were doing so the vent on the roof was damaged. Since I did not know that I had a dangerous build up of lint. Aaron knows what they are doing so now I know my vent is clean and the vent on the roof is repaired and functioning as it should. My cost was a little bit higher than just a cleaning because of the vent repair. I will only use Aaron for future cleanings.

I called them last minute because we are having roof work next week and I wanted to get the dryer vent cleaned before that happened. I called a couple of other companies and no one could come out until later this month. Carol at Aaron's was so nice. I explained the situation and she booked us for Monday but said that if there was a cancellation today or tomorrow, she'd get us in. Shortly thereafter, she called to say they could fit us in at 3 pm today. They were on time, efficient, did what they were supposed to and, most importantly, were available to perform the service on short notice. We were very happy with their service and will call them first next time.
