I am on the Board of a 160 Unit Condo building and we were looking for a good Dryer Vent cleaner to recommend to Owners. Aaron's was so responsive in answering questions and arranging for a technician to visit. The technician who came was extremely professional and informative. We will be using Aaron's for all of our Dryer Vent needs.

The guys were efficient, didn't waste any time, and cleaned up after themselves. They were punctual and were very nice. They explained what they were doing. It was quick and painless.

The technician showed up on time and did a very professional job. Also, the person I spoke to on the phone was extremely nice and helpful.

Had my dryer vent cleaned. They did not try to upsell me any other service (unusual for S Florida), showed up on schedule, and the fee was as pre-arranged. My dryer performance has greatly improved. I'm saving on electric since clothes are drying much faster. Great company.

The process went smoothly. I called and scheduled the appointment, the tech called me 1/2 hour before his arrival, and the cleaning went as planned. There was quite a bit of lint in the exhaust tube, and dryer performance improved by 100% after the cleaning. I would recommend this service to anyone that knows they need it, suspects that they might, or has a dryer that takes forever to dry clothes, even though it gets hot.

Rudolfo, was the service person. Very personable, new his job very well. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him and the company. Will definitely use them again.

They did a very good job. He was very neat and clean. He persistently looked for the cause of the problem.He cleaned up the job was complete which I felt was very professional. There office staff is also very wonderful. I would definitely recommend them.

They were a pleasure to work with and were able to give me an day/time that fit my schedule. The representative called the day of my appointment to let me know he was on his way and arrived when he had advised. He showed me the build up and kept me informed of what he was doing to fix the problem. My drier is running like new, taking a lot less time to actually dry my clothes.

They were prompt, professional, and very thorough. I am confident with the work they have done and will definitely hire them again when the need arises.

Fantastically . Rolando was out on time and immediately started to set up . Then up to the roof. An hour later he was done and informed me that when Sears put in a new dryer hose cable thing they put it on with tape and it was way to long. He cut it fit it and put 2 clamps on in place of the tape. He charged me $3 for the clamps. $99 as quoted and $3 for clamps. It was such a pleasant surprise for a serviceman to be that knowledgeable and to go above and beyond what was expected in his service. Without a doubt we will be calling them every year to service out Dryer vent.

Excellent service. Carol in the office is one of the most pleasant individuals I have called. She accommodated our schedule and called to confirm all with a smile. The vent cleaning itself was fantastic. The tech was thorough and friendly. He showed us the build up after he cleaned. Amazing that so much lint can accumulate!! Dryer is drying more efficiently. Excellent, I was given a time window of 11-1, and Renaldo called about 10:40 and said he was about 10 minutes away. He arrived, I showed him a photo of what I had cleaned with the lint eater machine. However, the dryer was very hot to touch and slow to dry. He cleaned the vent, then went on the roof and cleaned from there and adjusted the canopy cover on the vent. Wow, what a difference. Renaldo and Aaron Dryer vent were outstanding. I appreciate his promptness. Plus, he was a real gentleman. My dryer now works great.

Super helpful in the office, even responds t e mail after hours. Tech showed up on time, 2 hour window but I requested early and he called to say he was on his way and by 9:30 he arrived. Very professional, courteous, answered questions, worked clean. Doesn't get any better

Initial cost was increased due to lenth of dryer vent run. Technicians very knowlegable and took care of problem utilizing camera and making sure vent was clean and safe.

Fantastic, easy to work with company. Carol (covers the phones) is an absolute perfect example of great customer service. She helped me through a nearly 2 month problem and even got me a last minute appointment when my dryer was completely useless - we had a different service company that repairs machines come out, give us the run around and have us install a part that they admitted might not fix the problem, and then Aaron's Dryer Vent came and saved the day. They cleaned our vents which I now know you need to do at least every 3 years, and they took a small screen off the vent on the roof that was actually catching all of the lint and affecting how the dryer was working. They had to come twice and the second time they didn't charge the service call since it was for the same problem. The employees were all very thorough in their explanations, and Rodolfo said "any questions as I'm explaining this please ask me". I would highly recommend them for any dryer vent cleaning and repair and since they service A/C units as well I will be using them for that too.

Great service, fast, cheap, good.

I live in a four story condominium, they cleaned it from the roof all the way to the dryer. They moved the dryer to get behind it. They reconnected everything upon completion.

Fantastic service and quality!

Excellent service, Fast, prompt service with easy scheduling. This is the second time that I have used them and they are very easy to work with. They keep the dryer working well and decrease the overall time for drying. Highly recommended. Should be done on a regular basis at least once every 2 years.
