Description of Work: I contacted them through Angie's list. Their representative emailed me and later spoke with me. She was extremely polite and professional. She provided me a quote via Angie's messaging and email. Once I accepted, we agreed on a date and time. I was contacted approximately 30 minutes before the technician arrived. The tech was very professional and detailed. He explained what he would do and the cost. He completed the work (cleaned a dryer vent) which included climbing on my roof to complete the cleaning of the line. He cleaned the space after he competed the job too. I had a very good experience with them. I highly recommend Aaron Dryer Vent and A/C company.

Description of Work: One man opened the dryer vent from the back of my dryer and connected the vacuum to the vent. Another man was on my roof sending a brush pushing the lint into the vacuum and when the brush came out they knew the lint was no more. Very fast and very clever.

Description of Work: Our condo unit had two dryers that were vented improperly with both on the same line. They were not working properly and lint was backing up into one of the dryers. We got Aaron Dryer Vents through Angie's List and called them to come and diagnose the problem and give us an estimate on the repair. They came out promptly, thoroughly explained how it had been installed wrong (not by them), what needed to be done and the cost. The cost for adding another vent for the second dryer was very reasonable. The work was completed quickly, and the whole laundry room was thoroughly cleaned up by the workers before they left. They were very professional and knowledgeable about their work. I would highly recommend this company and their work, and our condo unit will now have them out once a year to clean out the vents.

Description of Work: My dryer vent had become disconnected from my stacking washer/dryer unit and was venting lint all over my garage. I figured that the venting was getting filled up & the back pressure caused the flexible vent hose to disconnect from the machine. I called Aaron's Dryer Vent Cleaning and the next morning they dispatched a service technician. He arrived as scheduled and immediately went to work. He was very presentable and courteous. He cleaned the vent and then really cleaned all the lint that had collected in and around the dryer and he took the time to explain to me what he was doing and why. Also, he recommended that I change the section of flexible ducting that connects the dryer vent to the exhaust piping to the outside to a section of flexible metal ducting instead of the plastic I currently had. He demonstrated to me how hot it gets thereby justifying the change. To change the section of ducting with installation was just $15, so I think that was a "no brainer".
