Description of Work: I received a call from the service crew 35 min in advance. When they showed up they explained what they were going to do and what to expect. My laundry room is on the second floor, so they brought up the commercial vacuum while another person went to the roof to remove the vent and insert a cleaning brush. They cleaned up and reinstalled vent after they finished the job - which was done quickly and swiftly. All went well and they were very professional. Overall, an excellent service.

Description of Work: Carol in the office was really great! I would give her a definite "A". | |Right after the dryer vent was cleaned, my husband and I smelled burning rubber when the dryer was used and was, of course, concerned there was a problem. They charged me an additional $55 to come check, and they looked at me and said they did not smell anything and said nothing was wrong! | |After having an electrician and a dryer repair technician come out, they confirmed there was a burning rubber smell! They discovered that the dryer cord had been partially pulled out of the outlet apparently when the dryer vent person pulled the dryer out. The cord was burning, and I had to have the dryer cord and outlet replaced. | |What upset me was the fact that Aaron Dryer Vents stood there and "insisted" there was no burning smell at the exact time I was smelling it! We could have had a fire if I had listened to them!

 + -1 moreSpoke to Rudolpho,who was very accommodating about scheduling the appointment..He and a helper arrived on time,were efficient and neat.He actually found a "clog" in the vent.Since he cleaned it,the clothes are drying much faster.Would recommend him to anyone.

 + -1 moreVery professional , courteous and reasonably priced since they had to go out on the roof. I will use them again and my neighbors are going to use them too.
Description of Work: I had not had my dryer vent cleaned in a long time. I had another company come out to give me an estimate and the guy WOULD NOT go on the roof . SO I called Aaron dryer vents and they came the next day and now my vents are clean. They went on the roof to clean the vent and leo inside.

 + -1 moreAfter doing alot of research of dryer vent cleaning and checking out various companies, I called Aaron Dryer Vents. They were rated highly with the BBB, as well as Angie's List. They called me the morning they were supposed to come, just to let me know they would arrive soon. They did a very thorough job, explaining everything to me as they worked. They were very honest, and cleaned the area before leaving. They also do air vent cleaning, but they never even mentioned it, or tried to sell me on extra services. They did a great job, and I would highly recommend them.

 + -1 moreI called in the morning of the same day the work was performed, and an appointment was set for 2pm to 4pm. Spoke to Roberto who carried out the clean-up. He was punctual, very cooperative, explaining the importance of having the dryer duct cleaned to reduce the energy bill. He explained that when the dryer duct is clean of lint, it takes less time to dry your clothes; therefore reducing the use of energy. He also vacuumed behind the dryer as well as the area where the lint had accumulated, leaving everything tidy. Our dryer had a very complex hose, which he shortened and straightened out. Everything was done in a very short time. They will remind me within a year to do the job again. I am very satisfied with their service and would call them again.
