Our dryer vent needs to be cleaned twice a year and we had been using Sears. This service was less $100 less and they came the same day I called. Good service, fair price. I'll call them again in 6 months.

Rudolfo came out to my house on Thursday (2/7) in response to my request for a price quote for a new dryer vent system in my garage. He was punctual and professional. After evaluating the best best location to run the dryer vent duct and explaining the details/options of the installation, he vacuumed all the stray insulation that had fallen from the crawl space opening. Based on the positive reviews of this company and the idea that it makes sense to hire a company that specializes in the cleaning and proper operation of dryer vents, I decided to hire Aaron Dryer Vents. The work was scheduled for Saturday (2/9). Rudolfo and Ruben arrived on time and with all the necessary materials and tools to complete the job in a timely manner. The job took approximately 3.5 hours to complete, during which they moved all items from the immediate work area to prevent damage to anything, installed high quality rigid duct work through the attic crawl space, made a new opening in masonry on the exterior of the house for the vent, strapped the duct work securely to the roof trusses, ensured proper operation of the system, and cleaned up the work area completely. I am very please with the quality of work and attention to detail.

My experience was perfect. The technician was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was timely and clean in his work. It could not have gone any better.

I called earlier in the day to set up an appointment to get my dryer vent cleaned. Rudolfo answered the phone and quoted me the cost and said he would be available today, the same day, to have the service completed. He said he would call before he came, and he did. He was prompt, respectful, and professional. Rudolfo asked if I had a service company to clean the inside of the dryer because I had called and asked for the vent to be cleaned and not the inside. I told him I didn't and asked the price. It was very reasonable, $35, and I gave him the "go ahead" to clean the inside, in addition to the vent. When he looked inside, there was very little lint, so he vacuumed the little that was there, showed me where the lint accumlates, explained why it's important to clean the inside, as well as the vent, and didn't charge me because there wasn't much to clean. I am extremely impressed with this company for many reasons: the cost was reasonable, it was what was quoted, Rudolfo was polite and professional, he explained what he was doing and why, he was punctual, and honest. I removed my laundry from the washing machine and put it in the dryer which was set on regular cycle, regular temperature and normal drying. Fortunately, about a half hour later I needed something on the shelf which is over the dryer. As soon as I got close to the dryer I could feel the heat. I put my hand on top of the dryer, it was so hot I thought it was going to catch on fire. I pulled the plug and removed the clothes and it started to cool off. I immediately got on my computer, went on Angies List , read reviews and was very impressed with feedback on Aaron Dryer Vents.com. I called him @ 4:00, left a message. He called me back, he was on a job, but could come over when he is finished, He arrived at 5:30 and went to work. He cleaned the dryer vent in the laundryroom, and also repaired and cleaned the vent on the roof which was done by a very large company, whose name I can't reveal. He also took a picture of the vent with his cell. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. The previous company had dented and taped the vent pipe. Also, the previous Co. never came in the house. He just went on the roof and came down with a small ball of lint. I didn't know any better at the time, but now I've learned how a true professional operates.

Ruben and Michael(? not sure of his name) arrived promptly and got right to work. Ruben showed me all the lint in the tubing from the dryer to the wall and also it was in the duct-work in the wall. He attached his equipment and it began to suck out all the lint. His associate went up on the roof and fed in a large brush to clean it out from the top on down. When everything was clean the brush came out the bottom. Then he said that he would check the inside of the dryer for lint and if it needed to be cleaned out there would be an additional charge. It was obvious that the lint had invaded the inside of the dryer and around the heating elements, so we OK'd the full cleaning inside the dryer. I was impressed that he gave us the option to do the extra cleaning and did not just do it and charge us. Ruben was very efficient and completed the work quickly and cleaned up everything around the area...even picking up stuff I had accidentally pushed off the top of the dryer onto the floor behind it. They also explained how having screens on the vent can cause it to build up much faster and advised removing the screen on our vent that was placed there to keep varmints out. Since there is a shutter on it the screen is not really necessary and is harmful to the dryer since it causes lint to build up in it and then it builds up in the whole vent. They recommend doing a clean out once a year and left us a magnet to help us remember. They did a great job as before it took 2 1/2 hours to dry a load that today dried in 25 Minutes!!!! Unbelievable that I wasted so much time and energy just because of a lint build up in the vent. They are very reasonably priced and even gave me a 10% Angies List discount! The company provided excellent phone service. Arrived on time and did not suggest any additional services which would have raised the price. The dryer was taken apart and was totally vacummed out. The vent was cleaned out right up to the roof vent. Another company had been called last year but stated that they could not take apart the roof vent and thusly did not do a proper job. AAron's DID.

Recently relocated to South Florida and had no idea who to call for a clogged dryer vent (from previous owner). Found Aaron's on Angies List and called them. Within an hour and a half the technician arrived (fitting us into his already-fully-scheduled day). He (Rudolfo) was very friendly, professional, and informative. He diagnosed and fixed our VERY clogged vent. He walked me through the whole process as he worked (showing me everything he was doing even when he was on the roof). He told me up front what everything would cost. He even tried to save me money by "fixing" the existing dryer hose (which was in very bad shape). After finding out the inexpensive price I told him to go ahead and replace it. VERY pleased with the service, quick response, informative helpful technician, and PRICE! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had spent to past 2 months completely frustrated after the last company came and claimed to have cleaned our dryer vent, but just clogged the vent. Our dryer began to drip water from the front door after their service. I thought the dryer was bad...so we purchased a new dryer. The new dryer took 2 hours to dry towels. I called back the company and after waiting 2 appointment time sets...they finally showed up at 9:20pm and said they could not clean out the dryer vent. Aaron dryer vent company came out the next morning within 1 hour of the time I called them...they completely cleaned out our dryer vent system and were extremely nice and professional. I was able to catch up on mounds of laundry in a time effecient manner. Finally, our new dryer works perfectly. We will definetely use their services again.

I was able to get a same day appointment (called at 9:30a, appointment made for between 3p-5p, possibly earlier if they got done with previous calls sooner). Called 30 minutes prior to arrival to let me know they were on their way. Arrived on time, very friendly, professional. Two gentlemen each went to do their respective tasks. Clean, efficient, tested dryer after the cleaning. Took all of 20 minutes from start to finish. Price is right - $74 special from regular $125. Would definitely use them again.

They called 30 minutes ahead of time as promised and showed up right on time. They worked quickly and quietly, got the dryer vent cleaned and also cleaned the insides of the dryer. Now it works like its new!! I discussed their AC duct cleaning service with them and they completely explained how they do it and how much and how long it would take. I'm so pleased with their work that I'm going to schedule them a soon as my schedule allows. These guys are great, punctual and clean. I couldn't give them higher praise!

I called this company after using another one the week before. After 2 visits from that company and my problem continued I just gave up trying to reason with the guy that came. I just wanted the problem fixed! I explained my ordeal to the gentleman from this company and he understood, gave me valuable feedback that made sense and more importantly came and did the job quickly.

I bought a new dryer that was delivered and set up this morning. I started to wash and dry a mound clothes that had built up over the last several days and noticed that the clothes were not drying in a reasonable amount of time. The dryer I replaced had over heated and would not restart. It was an older model so I figured it had "died". the new dryer did not dry a load ofclothes in an hour, I knew there was something else at play. I am from up North where the dryer generally vents out the wall directly behind or beside the dryer; not out of the roof! I called and spoke to Rodolfo around 3m today who was very pleasant and completely surprised me when he said he could come out at the end of today between 5pm and 7pm. He told me he would call me when he was about 30 minutes out. However, I have learned that here in South Florida, "time" is a relative term. Well, not only did he call me as he said he would, Rodolfo and Reuben arrived around 7pm and were here for approimately 30 minutes. They were both very neat, clean, and professional. Rodolfo let me follow him around as he explained to me how the cleaning process works from the roof and the vent in the wall.
