Aaron Dryer Vents & Air Conditioning

They were wonderful. They came on time, and were very friendly, but professional. The man that was cleaning the vent from the roof, made sure we saw the "snake/brush" at the dryer end of the vent. Everything went well, and I will make sure to tell all of my friends and neighbors about this company. The price quoted was the actual price of the job. I couldn't ask for more!

Excellent. When the equipment was installed by Lowes & my contractor there were issues that seemed rushed. This service call remedied my concerns in addition to cleaning the vent and stack to the roof.

I called them and they were able to come out the same day. They did a great job were very professional.

I don't know about the quality of the job, but the company quoted me one price over the phone and then charged my credit card a much higher price. I spoke with company and they claimed they had quoted me the lower price and that my card was already charged so they couldn't credit my account. If you ever decide to use them, make sure you have a quote IN WRITING. The price I paid was too high for the service provided. This is the first negative review I've ever given for a service I found on Angie's List.

This company was responsive, professional and called the day before to confirm. They came out on time and did the job.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. We got a next day appointment, were given a 2 hour window (1-3 pm). Showed up at 1 pm. Our vent duct goes in the wall and up to the attic, where it runs about 20 ft to the outside. He cleaned it with his special equipment, got huge amounts of lint lumps. Now dryer is working like new. Will definitely call him at least once a year for preventive maintenance. Very fair price in my opinion.

Excellent service. Moved into new house and bought new washer and dryer. Dryer was taking 2-3 hours to complete load. Had Aaron's come out and cleaned the system. Now it's working perfectly. Price was reasonable and they came out same day that we called.

I have nothing but positive feedback for this company. From Carol in the office who set up the appointment for three days after my call to Rudolpho (?) who did the actual cleaning, They both were very professional. Carol called the day before the appointment to remind me and Rudolpho called when he was 30 minutes from my home. Rudolpho asked which entrance he should use to get into the house. That was a first and very appreciated. The work was done as promised and for the amount quoted. I have already referred this company to several friends and neighbors.

My experience overall went well. They were very responsive to my call. Also, they were very friendly and professional. However, I found the pricing to be extremely high. They wanted $500 for a dryer vent. I do not plan on using them in the future.

In all prior experiences with dryer vent cleaning, the cost included removing the back of the dryer and cleaning out debris; this company charges extra for that. I was not clear regarding the mesh screen on the roof vent; they seemed to want to replace that, I assumed at an extra fee. Also, the last service I used vacuumed the dust and lint off the floor behind the dryer which was not done by Aarons. They chipped the front clay tile doorstep taking their equipment out of my house. I should have been more specific when asking about the fees. They were punctual and polite. I didn't care for the ala carte pricing system.

Excellent service. On time. Since they have to travel north to Jupiter from their location their price is a bit high for the service for those that live in north palm beach county, but this is the 3rd time ive used them at 2 different residences and they have been great all 3 times

It went very well!! He arrived within the appointment window, and even called ahead to let me know he was on his way. My dryer is almost new and I had a feeling we got rid of our previous dryer for no reason. We should have had the vent cleaned - prior to buying a new dryer. But, that's water under the bridge... The dryer just did a load of towels within the expected time and the "clean vent" light did not come on. All is good!! Very nice employees. I will definitely recommend, Aaron Dryer Vent to friends and neighbors.

I selected this company based on great reviews from Angie's List. The reviews were absolutely right. Excellent company. I called on Monday and they scheduled me for that Wednesday. Office staff is very professional and friendly. The technician arrived a few minutes early, moved our stackable washer and dryer to get to the vent, and less than 45 minutes later, he was finished. Definitely use them. Easy. Good price. Great work.

Our front loading LG dryer was taking approximately 3 cycles to dry clothes!! We called this company because of the good reviews on Angie's List. The person answering the phone and the service representative were courteous, professional, and efficient. The service rep arrived as scheduled and, after quickly troubeshooting, informed me that we simply needed to clean our dryer vent from the roof and well as inside the house. He completed the work in about 45 minutes. The price was quite reasonable. We will definitely use this company when it's time to clean our dryer vent again.

the price for this is originally lower but they needed to replace the vent on the roof which I know that my husband had damaged trying to clean the vent himself years previously.

The provider was very professional. When they saw that they were running a bit late, they called and let me know. This is something that I appreciate. They were in and out of my house very fast. Their work was very clean and left no mess for me to clean up. The person providing the service, Rodolfo, was very professional and courteous. He explained what he did and what we should do in the future. We are going to have this service performed annually.

Great. Professional and prompt and now I don't have to buy a new dryer (and my mom can stop telling me the house is going to burn down because the prior owners never cleaned the vents)

I found them on them on Angie's List. The work was perfect. I have no complaints and everything was good! They were running a little late on their way and called me in advance to let me know. I really appreciated that.

My dryer was running much too long, became very hot to the touch, clothes were still damp even though very hot . I had seen a report on local TV News about the dangers of a clogged dryer,featuring Rodolfo(?) from this company. I checked Angie's List and then called. Rodolfo came the same day and cleaned the entire interior drum. He said that he could remove the casing and check underneath for an additional $45. I told him to do so. The entire interior was thick with lint and the exhaust hose which should have carried it to the outside of the house was not even connected. He thoroughly cleaned the interior and connected the hose . The installers left a very long hose from the dryer to the garage wall vent, leaving a huge curve where lint could build up. Rodolfo shortened this hose. I can now dry an entire load in about 40 minutes. It had taken more like an hour and a half before. Don't fool around, call Rodolfo. You will be glad you did,

Everything was great. The customer service was great. The guy that came out was great, very professional, friendly, and worked diligently. The woman that handles the calls and takes the appointments was very very nice, very professional, and makes things done in a timely manner. It was a very good experience.

I called and spoke to a woman,who made the appt,then 2 men came the date that was sched.They cleaned the vents and lint screen,which was filthy,he recomended we should have it cleaned every 6 months,very nice gentleman.I will call again and again.

The technician was very prompt and professional. He explained every thing he was doing. He also was very clean and there was no lint from the cleaning left around the dryer area. He was at the house to clean the dryer vent and I asked if he would check the bottom of the dryer to see if it also needed cleaning. He checked, showed it to me and said it needed cleaning. The added charge was reasonable and he took the additional time to clean the dryer. The $119 cost included cleaning both the dryer and the dryer vent. I will definitely call them again for the next dryer vent cleaning.

Excellent work and very detailed. Unclogged pipe that wad never cleaned out in 10 years! Good as new.

I'm very pleased. I called just a couple of days ago and they immediately made an appointment. The technician called and asked if it was ok for him to arrive a few minutes early (10:45 or so instead of the quoted 11am-1pm). Of course it was ok but i appreciated the call! Not only did he clean the dryer vent and replace the hose as needed, but indicated that the roofers had thrown trash and other items into the vent which he retrieved for me to show to the condo association. He also noted that the vent pipe did not completely clear the roof and therefore part of the dryer air would vent into the attic! He replaced the pipe to vent fully outdoors, and took pictures for me to show the condo association. He left the area around the dryer very clean which was amazing considering the amount of lint and dust that came out. Cost was very reasonable for this service esp when we were prepared to get a new dryer!!! Much less than other services have quoted in the past. The technician was personable, helpful, and very professional. Would definitely use this service again!

We were experiencing very slow drying times in our Clothes Dryer. We had just bought the home so we were not sure if the vents had ever been cleaned. He spent over an hour on the job, so I think we really got a great deal. He told us the vents were badly plugged. The technician was very careful to vacuum up the lint as we worked, so he did not make a mess. I would use them again without hesitation.
