FLORIDA CRYSTAL WELL & SPRINKLER INC (Worst in the business) FLORIDA CRYSTAL WELL & SPRINKLER INC was at my residence for three weeks attempt to drill a functional well which failed. The new well pump they installed seized after two weeks, they told me I was responsible to pay for a new pump because I choose to run dry pump (due to no water). I paid $250.00 to replace the pump, FLORIDA CRYSTAL WELL & SPRINKLER INC installed it but had problems with their well water supply. They proceeded to drilled another and much deeper well (55 feet) weeks later, which provided more water but as I found out much later had way to much salt water for the intended irrigation purpose. The water source quality and volume was unacceptable and subsequently then destroyed the second pump due to internal pump corrosion. The modifications they made to my functional existing four zone town water system which had , left me with two zones when they cut and caped existing water lines instead of adding zones and lines. At the end I was forced to cancel FLORIDA CRYSTAL WELL & SPRINKLER INC services, to save what was left of my lawn. I hired a new irrigation service provider who quoted me over $5000.00 to repair what FLORIDA CRYSTAL WELL & SPRINKLER INC damaged, drill and establish a fresh water well and repair and replace most of my existing system. In summary. FLORIDA CRYSTAL WELL & SPRINKLER INC charged and accepted several thousands of dollars, destroyed my existing irrigation system, and left me with no system at all, I use hoses to water my grass until I have the funds to re-establish my original system. FLORIDA CRYSTAL WELL & SPRINKLER INC takes no responsibility for failing to provide the services which were contracted and paid in advance by the home owner.

I reviewd this company in August 2013. Signed on today, Angie's List asked me to review again, will pay me $3 Angie money (?) to review again. OK. My review of August 2013 still stands...company never did call/come back to fix their mistakes. PS: When do I get paid, Angie?

They were reasonably priced and hardworking.

Needed three visits to complete project, never seemed to have correct parts/inventory on truck (with Pump, used old parts off of bad pump?), one of the owners did not appear to be interested in doing anything, answering questions, etc, just always appeared to be uninterested and wanted to leave. Also, the work performed, relating to the Sprinkler Pump, appeared (to me) to be performed without concern for accuracy and completeness. Had minor troubleshooting after work completed, contacted them TWICE to come back and fix problems, received timely e-mail responses to my requests but NO visit, follow-up, nothing. After telephone conversations with various manufacturers (Rainbird, Sta-Rite Pumps), was able to fix aforementioned troubleshooting problems myself. Best part, I received a subsequent e-mail link from them to vote this company and quot;Best in Flagler County!and quot; Since there was no category for unprofessionalism, decided to pass. The discourgaging part of this Company is when I contracted with them (years ago) to install the sprinkler pump/well system, very professional, in all aspects. Today, totally different. Too bad...or is it? In the future, will fix anything to do with sprinkler system myself...how difficult can it be? (Yes, this is a late review...just joined Angie's List, catching up.)

I know why this company is Best Around this year again! They were very friendly and professional, able to answer all the difficult questions I had. I'm so satisfied I asked to have business cards, and I've gone to my neighbors to tell them!

Prior to calling anyone,I turned on the well pump to begin irrigating the lawn.The pump came on but did not draw nor distribute any water to the sprinkler heads.I ran the pump essentially dry for at least a half hour.I decided at that point to find someone who could solve the problem.I consulted Angie's List and selected Florida Crystal Well and Sprinkler,Inc,because that company had a favorable report and it was local.......An appointment was made for that Thusday,15 April. The business owner showed up on time,listened to my explanation of the events leading up to his service being requested.He then proceeded to do a few things with the above ground piping...made some other adjustments and then ran the pump to see the results of his work....he concluded that the problem was the pump and set about to prove to himself that the well was OK,that is ,had water sufficient to be an effective source of irrigation.He did this with his own gas powered pump.....he then suggested that he would replace the pump the following morning.which he did.............he replaced the piping to it's initially installed condition and turned the system on ,running thru all the zones to check on the avalability and quantity of water being distributed thru the sprinkler heads. having satisfied himself and me that all appeared ok..he declared the job done and I agreed.

Very professional. The system puts out more water than it ever did.
