We are a family owned and operated business providing quality property inspections for your home or business. We provide you with the complete inspection the same day it's done and if you need another within 45 days we will give you a $50 discount so you can make an informed decision without going broke. We also provide a binder with an annual home care checklist and the information for a licensed general contractor in your area.

I'm SO impressed with Survey Eagle Property Inspections. I guess this is the 6th (?) time we've had a property inspection done and it's by far the most comprehensive we've ever received. That they responded within minutes to our request for an appointment and were able to schedule us within a day was amazing in the first place. Their early arrival and diligence during the inspection further reinforced my initial impressions. The excellent supportive photos provided and conscientious detail of the report left me with a greater level of confidence about this home purchase than I've ever had before, which is a truly wonderful feeling!

It went well. I learned about some things that needed attention that I did not realize. Made me work hard, but in the end it will be worth it when my home to changes hands.
