+ -1 moreBill was punctual, worked with us to schedule the appt, and worked quickly to complete the installations. His rate was reasonable. Technically he did the job well--everything works fine. However, I can't give him an A for quality because he didn't pay attention to esthetics such as leveling the light bowls on the fans, he left them crooked, and he used pliers with teeth on the lighting fixture chains, which leaves tiny marks.
Description of Work: Installed lighting and ceiling fans.

+ -1 moreWe called Bill Wednesday morning and left a message on his voice mail. He returned the call that evening. The next day, he arrived, as promised, on time (in fact a few minutes early), took measurements for a handle replacement and marked the location where we wanted the clock hung. After a quick trip to the hardware store (Home Depot didn't have a handle with a keyed lock on the outside), he returned, installed the handle and hung the clock within about 15 minutes. He is polite, upbeat, and efficient.
Description of Work: Bill replaced a handle on our screen enclosure over our pool so that it could be locked and opened from the outside with a key, and he hung and outside clock on a cinderblock wall. The screen installer, by the way, rejected our request because the job was too small.

+ -1 moreFrom start to finish I was very pleased with all that he did.
Description of Work: This time Bill replaced a kitchen ceiling that had been poorly installed by someone else. He removed the halogens and added a ceiling fan with a light. He painted the kitchen, as well as a new front door, installed the hardware, plus several small jobs. Labor was $700. for 20 hours, plus $200 for materials. Bill arrived on time each day and only took a lunch break. Otherwise, he worked straight through. Bill is meticulous,thus making my house look better. He cleans up all debris, and looks for ways to keep costs low. This is the second time I used him, and will continue to do so.
