I have used this service for several years. I have tried several other cleaning services and this one is definitely the best. She cleans my house every three weeks and always does a great job. She is very detailed in her work. I have her clean and open my mom's house every year. I also have friends who use her on a regular basis and they have been very pleased with her services. Our neighbors are from England and I recommended this service to them. They always have her open and clean the house before their arrival and then close and clean the house after their departure. She has always been flexible with her time. The woman she received a negative rating from just sounds like a grumpy old woman. I would highly recommend this service.

I wanted a list of other people she worked for around where I lived. Instead of giving me a list of people she gave me a criminal history report and fdi background. I don't understand why she gave me all of these papers. I just wanted references. The second time she came she was two hours late. She was too late and so I couldnt have her here and so after that she wouldn't come back.
Description of Work: She vacuumed and mopped the floors.

Prior to commencement of work, I provide each client with a copy of my License, Insurance, Bond, National (FBI) Criminal Background Check and Local (Florida) Criminal Background Check. Most of my business is generated by word-of-mouth, therefore I am rarely asked for references and I do not routinely distribute a list. If a client requests references I am more than happy to provide a list. With the exception of my first appointment of the day, I am unable to guarantee an exact arrival time. I often service several properties in a day and the arrival time for each is contingent upon completion time of the appointment prior. I provide an estimated arrival within a two hour window and as a courtesy, I provide an appointment reminder phone call 24-48 hours in advance. Occasionally a client's needs exceed the boundaries of my established policies and procedures and it is in the best interest of both parties that I decline the opportunity to do business.
