Description of Work: Basically good work and as scheduled. There is a problem that has surfaced months later which has yet to be presented to Mr Oley, I am sure it will be handled appropriately

Description of Work: Phil did a door lock repair including a significant door jamb rebuild. On the other job Phil replaced wood rot and fixed the problem causing the rot . On both jobs he completed the jobs quickly and completely and cleared up whatever trash has resulted. I plan to use him again

Description of Work: He has cleaned my ceiling fans, changed the batteries in my smoke detector, hung pictures for me. He also built a new closet for me.

Description of Work: He put new ceiling fans up for me. He has also hung pictures for me. He built me a new closet.
