+ -1 moreI called and asked that he come give me a price and look at what I wanted done. He said that he would be here at 9 a.m. this morning. When I returned from my doctor appointment at 8:30 the guard at the gate to my community said that Jim had already been there and gone. And he didn't come back at 9 either. He muttered to the guard about charging me for his time. I was not aware that I was supposed to be available at his convenience, he said 9 a.m. and that is what I agreed to. He knew I had to go earlier and that I would be back by 9.
Description of Work: I have shelves that need hanging.
