+ -1 moreWonderful! He was out of town when I called originally and asked me to contact him at the end of the following week so I was concerned he'd never get around to my job. When I contacted him Friday, he was stuck in Miami and said he would call me Saturday to set something up for Saturday or Sunday, if I was available. He ended up calling early Saturday morning and came over right away! He was friendly, professional and very fair with costs. I would absolutely hire him again and will keep his contact information in the event of a future plumbing need.
Description of Work: Fixed my shower handle. Cold water worked, hot water dribbled out.

Description of Work: Terry performed our conversion to the sewer system on Cudjoe, connecting to a grinder pump. He has done several plumbing jobs for us in the past. He is efficient, his work is reasonably priced and he keeps an open line of communication with his customers.

Terry was easy to work with and ensured our fixture order was correct with all the materials needed. Came back expeditiously to correct minor glitches and tweak all fixtures. Even returned in a timely manner after he been paid in full, to finish delayed exterior hookups. A rarity in the Florida Keys . All work remains solid after eight months of use.

Description of Work: He installed a new water heater and made a variety of plumbing repairs to our home. He also discovered a problem with the water company's service to our house, which THEY denied existed. Thanks to him, our water pressure is much improved!
