Description of Work: First, let me tell you that I found Larry on Angie's LIst, and that EVERYTHING that was stated was absolutely true about him. He showed up at 9am ON THE DOT, and proceeded to give us an estimate for the windows both inside and out. Even though many of the windows were french doors (with 15 small panes) and our house ended up having 37 windows ( I had no idea ?!!?) he estimated and incredibly fair price. We have cathedral ceilings in our kitchen and two windows close to the peak. Many of the windows entailed dangerous ladder positions, and yet he didn't preclude these windows or charge extra. Other than seeing him every so often throughout the day, I was not bothered at all by his presence, he was very courteous, and professional and I WILL use him again next year ! What a great find, Thanks Angie !!!

Description of Work: Larry provided an accurate quote and reserved a date for the window cleaning. We have over 75 large windows in our home. Larry cleaned inside and out. Additionally he cleaned the outside of our gutters. He worked tirelessly for 2 days. The windows and the gutters were spotless. Excellent work and would recommend him to everyone. + -1 moreI do not live in Syracuse, but my mom does, and I wanted to find someone reliable to clean her windows. Larry did an outstanding job. He arrived exactly at the scheduled time, and got to work immediately. He did all the windows (inside and out), the screens and sills, including doors and garage windows. He was neat, organized, personable and efficient. For a two-story Cape Cod house with addition, he was finished in about 2 hours. The windows looked awesome when he was done--so clear they looked like they weren't there. Both my mother and I were totally pleased with Larry and the work he performed, and we plan to hire him again.

Description of Work: I called Larry Brown and left a message asking for an estimate. He called back within 2 hours, stopped by within 30 minutes after that to give me an estimate. On the appointment day, they showed up 10 minutes early and off to work at once. It took them 5 hours to finish the work. Larry and Steve washed all the windows in the house. We had them cleaned inside and outside of the windows on the first floor. For the second floor, we only asked them to cleaned the outside. After they were done, they cleaned up and left no mess behind. They left the screens and windows very clean and shiny.

They also clean up as they go so there is no mess what so ever. They do an excellent job of cleaning. I strongly recommend them and their prices are very good.
