Eric is awesome. 14" solar tube installed in well under two hours. Zero mess. Love the results: daylight in formerly pitch dark hallway! With homeshow discount, $674 including solar nightlight. Would definitely do it again.

A rep came to my home and explained my options. I was originally going to buy just one but when my tax check came in I decided to go with 3 taking advantage of a special solar guys were offering. They have brightened up the darker rooms in my home considerably. With their special and the 30% tax credit on them I saved a bit too. I'm very happy and could do another if some extra cash fell in my lap.

Great. Larry arrived right on time, explained what he was going to do and went right to work. He was done quickly and everything looks great.

As always, Eric went above and beyond to advise us on the best location for the most light and did a fantastic job for us.

Installer, Tim, showed up exactly on time. Very personable and informative. Installation was completed in a little more than 2 hours. He spread out sheets on the floor of our home to catch the small of debris which fell through the hole in the ceiling. After the job was finished and he had removed his ladder, tools and debris, all I had to do was run the vacuum cleaner over the area to pick up a small amount of sheetrock dust. Nothing big. I was very relieved that there wasn't a big mess. It was a very painless process and the results are spectacular! What a difference it made in our living room and dining room.

Called me back in reasonable amount of time and provided pricing over the phone. Very courteous and professional.

The technician was able to do the installation 3 hours early. This was fine with me. The entire job was much quicker than I expected. The tech discussed where the tube would be installed and discussed possible shadows my ceiling fan might cast. The shadow isn't really a big deal. My furniture was covered and when the tech left other than feeling like I should turn off a light I wouldn't have known anyone had cut a hole in my ceiling. It was a pleasure doing business with this company.

Rob showed up precisely at the time he said he would (9 AM). Because of Electric constantly going up we decided to try our luck with Solar Exhaust Fans. Because of the size of our house we were told we needed 2 fans, 1 at 10 Watts and 1 at 20 Watts. This would take care of the whole house plus the area over our garage. After1 Hr. & 15 Min. ( a little BS time, it was hot) he finished the work, I forgot to say we liked everything so much that I talked our Daughter into getting 2 fans too so Rob went from our house to our Daughters and in the span of 2 1/2 hours both houses were done. Rob was neat and very polite and professional about his work and answered all my questions. I would have no problem recommending the Solar Guys to anyone else, they were that good.

They did a great job. The price was what they quoted. Eric was very professional and patient with me. I couldn't decide what cover I wanted.

They arrived right on time explained what they were going to do. Installed both units in a few hours cleaned up after themselves . Very pleasant very professional.

All went as quoted, no surprises. Installer was very professional and kept mess to a minimum. Could not be more pleased!

Larry set us up with an appointment for 9:00 AM on 02/12/2014 during the Home and Garden Show in the Villages. Tim Gloetzner showed up promptly at 9:00 AM. He went over what was to be installed and where. He estimated an hour and a half to do the job. He was finished in one hour and 45 minutes. Tube placement was a little tricky because we have a cathedral ceiling and a rafter was right in the middle of the site we had selected for the tube. We discussed an alternate site with Tim and he went to work. Tim was very professional neat and covered our kitchen floor before he started. When the job was completed he cleaned everything up.

Rob - the tech/installer arrived before the scheduled time and was ready to go. He explained what he was going to do and why. Rob use drop clothes and always positioned his ladder so that he stayed on the cloth - not on the new floor. He estimated 3 hours for the installation and was right on the mark. Once the tube was in place, Rob took the time demonstrate each of 4 defusers so that we could pick the right one for us. It didn't take long 'THE BOSS' to make her choice. This was an excellent experience and Rob made it a pleasure. I don't remember the last time I enjoy spending almost 3K... great product, great company and outstanding service. I was very happy with this company and the installer. They worked with my schedule since I was having a roof put on by another contractor at the same time and Solar Guys had to get their job done at a certain limited time. The installer was helpful in choosing the placement of the tubes. He was very neat and professional, answered all our questions and did a great job in just a couple hours. The amount of light in the kitchen and living room now is amazing! We are very pleased.

Came to the house when they said they would and finished before I thought it could be done.

Everything went well and on time. Than after he left I noticed that he did not clean up the plaster dust in the garage and there was still some installation debris on the kitchen floor.

Kevin came within a few days and amazingly the solar light has brightened my days to come. Very professional......

From start to finish it was an uncomplicated installation including total clean up after the work was completed.

Called them two days ago and they answered all my questions regarding installation and leak guarantee. We scheduled an appointment for them to come next week but yesterday they called me to say that due to a cancellation they could have someone there in the afternoon. Tim came and i asked him how long he has been doing these installations and he said 10 years. He was professional and courteous. He made a recommendation of one tube vs the two i was requesting and i feel he was absolutely correct. He covered all areas of the kitchen that might get dust or insulation on them when he cut the hole. He was done in about 2-3 hours and the light was awesome. I had a new home with a dark kitchen, now a bright kitchen. Right now very happy. Long term we will see. Highly recommend these guys for their prompt assistance and excellent work.

They came to give us an estimate on installing skylights in our dark living room and hallway. We agreed to do it and they installed it on the same day. We even had them add on a solar powered attic fan. The work was done promptly and professionally and the worker took great care to cover up furniture to avoid getting dust on them. He also cleaned up after the work was done and everything looked clean. We love the new skylights! It really brightened up our living room and hallway! So glad we got them!

I called first for information, and they gave me a lot of information and explanations, and I even called them back a couple of times when I was doing a little research, I was a little hesitant about them. When I did put the order in, the first guy came out on time, although the weather looked like it was a little threatening, but he did go and tubed in, and it helped me make adjustments on its location, so it fit properly and it was in the best location. He didn't have the cover I wanted for, and he said when the guy came in to bring the second tube, he would bring that cover which the second guy did do. They are very efficient, they know exactly what they're doing. They're quick, clean up after themselves, and just a professional company. I had a good experience.
