+ 0 moreWe called them several times this morning, and they kept disconnecting us. If we do skip someone, they put us on hold and they disconnect us or we get a recording that they have a very higher call volume, and they can't take our call and they hang up. We are stranded to talk to the customer service there about the problem we have been having. We never get through to them. We finally gave up trying to call them. We had a lot of problems with their internet. We are looking for a different company to provide services for us.
Description of Work: We used the services of Comcast Communications for internet and phone. Our most recent interaction was this morning.
