We had some creases in our carpeting.They were very good, very, very good.They were stretching the carpet and taking some wrinkles out because there were some wrinkles we had in the carpeting.

They were prompt and professional and got the job done on the same day as they came to give me an estimate. The carpets looked much better than they did for sure. They left me with a maintenance solution as well. Excellent work but very, very pricey so be ready for that!

We purchased a house that was pretty dirty including the tiled floors. The grout in the tile was nearly black in the kitchen and other areas of the house. We wanted to give the house a thorough cleaning before moving in and after searching Angie's List, we found RENU Carpet & Tile Cleaning and asked that they give us an estimate. Their customer service was very polite on the phone and was able to schedule the estimate on the day we requested. Charlie arrived on time and demonstrated the process he uses to clean the tile and grout. The sample tile looked pretty good after his demo and with his Angie's list coupon, the estimate was very fair. We ultimately scheduled him to clean all of the tile floors in the house and again, Charlie and his assistant showed up on time and got right to work. After they finished, I noticed that the tile was cleaner, however, it was still wet and it was hard to tell how clean they were able to get the grout lines. However, the next day I was absolutely amazed with how clean and bright the tile and grout lines were. They did a fantastic job! He also sealed the grout to give it an extra layer of protection. I highly recommend using Charlie. Not only did he do a great job for us, he was very pleasant throughout the project.

He did an excellent job! The carpet hadn't been cleaned in three years and had stains from a water heater leak. It looks great and adds a freshness to the office. His price was very reasonable. He was prompt and professional. I would recommend him to friends and use his service again.

The men arrived on time.The price was higher than $149 because I had 340 sq.ft. cleaned instead of 250 sq.ft. They were professial and answered all my questions.They took their time and the tile and grout look like the day we moved into the house.I would recommend them to anyone.

We called for an estimate and they were able to complete the task before guests were arriving in two days. 'They arrived a few minutes early and were completed on time. Tile grout is now white like it was new. Very friendly and courteous.

My entire house is ceramic tile and is regularly cleaned with a home steam cleaner. Though the tile is only three years old, it looked dingy and the grout was almost black in several high traffic areas of the house. The two brothers, Charlie and Johnny, were prompt, professional, thorough, and efficient. They moved all the furniture to ensure every inch of tile was cleaned throughout the house. The baseboards were also steamed and cleaned. The grout was then sealed with a clear sealer, which was my choice and also their recommendation. The job took 4-1/2 hours. I felt the price was fair and represented good value for the service provided. This is not an inexpensive project. They also gave me a generous bottle of special tile cleaner to add sparingly to the water in my steam cleaner. The final result is that my tile floors look brand new and absolutely beautiful.
