Although the boys were little at that time, they have all grown to be a big part of the business. I am very sorry to hear of your dissapointment in our work. Your neigbor said that we went over the original siding, In our contract we said we were going to repair all bad wood, before installing the insulation and Vinyl siding. Which is exacalty what we did, your walls were wood, and I have pictures to verify we took out the bad wood, and replaced with good wood, before our work began. It is very mis-leading to say we went over siding, when your walls were a clap-board wooden formation of siding. Why would anybody take out good wood on your walls just to install new wood. We pulled a permit, and the premit was inspected and passed. I pride myself in doing our jobs beyond anyones expectations, as you can see from other reviews on Angies List. Perhaps we should of had your neighbor there when I was explaing how we were going to do the job. 60% of our business is repeat and referal business, which reflects the kind of work we do. I intend to leave our growing business to my son's, and will in no way shape or form do anything to hurt our 99.99% of satisified customers. P.S. if you recall your other bid was nearly double ours. When you get back to Florida I will be glad to stop by and show you the Before and After pictures where all bad wood was replaced on your home, which I will say was quite a bit. NO hard feelings.
