Kevin called about four hours after I left the MacBook and said it was done. They gave me an Angie's List discount. Troy removed the problem files and warned my that this was a scam to get you to call a fake MS phone number where they can trick you into taking control of your computer and information. He also blew out the air vents of the MacBook and added a Norton add-on for Safari. Computer works fine now. Troy also replaced a missing foot on base of computer and told me some things about the MacBook like being careful to keep away from spills because of the low air vent holes close to the base.

Kevin drove up to Ocala from Villages; then he dove into the computer problem and spent hours working with us to correct our messed up computer. And, this entailed removing Windows 10, reinstalling Windows 7 and all related programs; this has continued for another day or so with us working independently to finalize the "restart" of the entire program. Then we had a slight problem, called the office talked to the owner, Troy, and he assisted in the final leg of our reboot; telephonically and, it went perfectly with his expert help. The service was performed the same day I took my laptop in. Also, he answered a couple of questions I had about re-connecting to the internet.

I had a positive experience taking my computer to "Jessie's Computers in the Villages" They were professional and did an excellent job fixing my Apple computer.My computer had several problems such as, the wireless card wasn't working, and it had a lot of junk and duplicate files. After taking the computer apart Troy (manager) found out something had spilled inside the computer, thus, corroding the wireless card. In addition, Troy also restored the computer back to factory condition. The price was fair, and also took the time to do a followup to make sure my computer was working. I would definitely recommend "Jessie's Computers in the Villages" and I would also go back if I needed to have my computer repaired in the future. Thank you, Joann

Always helpful, my first laptop I purchased, a new HP several years ago, since then the hard drive crashed, and he installed a new one for me. I have also purchased a used laptop for my teenage son. When I am ready to purchase another computer, or as I currently need a battery for my laptop, I will bring it to him!
