Chris Gibbs arrived on time to give us an estimate and was able to schedule us within 3 days. Kevin and crew also arrived promptly at 8am and immediately got to work covering all ceiling fixtures and furniture with new plastic. They worked tirelessly until all the ceilings were done and then took a very short break. All work was completed by 4pm and they cleaned up and replaced all the furniture. The work was done very professionally and the crew were all very friendly. We had used Investment Painting in 2014 and were so pleased that we didn't hesitate to call them this time. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for any future work.

They only stopped for a very short break when all the ceilings were done and then started on the walls and trim. They were finished by 4pm after cleaning up and putting the furniture back in place. They did an outstanding job and all three painters were very pleasant. We used Investment Painting 2 years ago in August, 2014 and were so pleased with the work that we didn't hesitate to call them again. We highly recommend them and won't hesitate to call them for any future painting jobs.

The painters arrived on time, all were polite & pleasant to tack to. They cleaned up nicely. I had a problem with one kitchen wall and they immediately scheduled to come see the problem and then repainted the wall for me.

Painters (4) arrived promptly @ 8:00 am. They worked constantly and meticulously. Painters finished @ 2:00 pm. We were amazed how fast and efficient they were. They even swept floors when they were done.

Entire project took 2 ½ days. All painters were professional and very courteous. Started and finished as they promised they were easier to please.

Two painters arrived on time. We went over the areas to be painted and with what color (s). They immediately began working- moving furniture and laying drop cloths. One did “Cut in” work while the other “rolled”. About 3 hrs later- 2 more painters arrived to help. They swept, cleaned everything up and put furniture back in place. They all worked together like a well oiled machine- professional and personable.

Arrived promptly at 8:00 a. M. covered with new plastic all furniture, light fixtures etc. very professional, perfect outcome, cleaned up well and put all furniture back.

Workers should up at 8 AM as promised and completed whole home at 5 PM. Workmanship was impressive. They cleaned up and were very professional. They returned all my phone calls to them prior to home being painted re : colors, etc.

One day to paint ceilings one day to paint 9 (nine) rooms using 7 colors.

The painters (4) arrived twenty minutes early but did not come to the door until exactly 8 AM. Unheard of promptness & unexpected surprise. They reviewed what needed to be done. I made a change, Chris the owner was called and he immediately returned the call. Although there Were 2 change orders, he honored the price once again a very unexpected surprise. The painters taped & plastic covered everything! Two coats were applied when they cleaned up. You didn’t even know they had been there. We opted to empty our owns Closets. But other than that we did nothing! We now have beautiful clean ceilings that were hassle free for us.

Chris was the utmost professional. On time for both the estimate and the two days the job took to complete. They were to start at 8:00 AM and arrived at our home at 7:45. However, they waited until 8:00 before they came to the door as to not disrupt our morning schedule. Very much appreciated! The job was a big one - and the quality of work and how quickly they completed the job was amazing. And last but not least - what a beautiful job they did! Ii would recommend them highly. From quote to finish it was less than a week, wow what a great job! They were punctual, respectful and kept things cleaned up. Very meticulous work, the place looks amazing. The team arrived right on time confirmed the areas to be painted. Covered everything well and maintained each area as they painted so there was no paint mess at all. Were very helpful with all my questions very friendly. Took a short lunch break and right back to work. Very careful with the doors so our cats would not escape. I would highly recomend and plan on having them paint more for us.

The process went great. The paint is beautiful and I was very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency with which the painters operated. They painted 3/4ths my house in one day. They arrived on time, were polite and professional the entire time. I couldn't have been happier. They even cleaned up my own poor attempts at painting in a couple areas which I greatly appreciate. The price couldn't be beat and I am very pleased with the end result. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are absolutely fantastic. Too bad I didn't have them paint my entire house when I first bought the place.

I cannot say enough about this company. The crew was amazing. They painted my entire house in two days. This included all ceilings, floor boards, trim and walls. I would definatley recommend this company to anyone looking to paint. And I will call them again for any future needs.

We contracted Investment Painting Contractors and hired them to paint our garage floor and do some painting inside of our house. We were putting our house on the market and need the garage floor and some touch up painting before we listed it. Chis Gibbs gave us a bid $2300.00 that was high but we thought we were getting a first rate job. Not so, he scheduled the job and the day he showed up he called a Sherwin Williams Rep to our house and he said we needed to have the garage floor paint removed. This should have been mentioned when Chris bid the job. We were upset that this was not addressed when he gave us the bid but contacted Go Concrete Designs (recommended by Sherwin Williams Rep) to remove the garage surface. This cost an additional $568.00 over and above the bid. Investment Painting came over then and put on the coating and sealer. We waited one week before we drove on it, even though they recommended only 4 days. Now, there are tire marks and golf cart marks in the paint and Investment Painting says it's Sherwin Williams fault and Sherwin Williams says it is our painters fault. So, we are stuck with a terrible floor and no one is taking responsibility. They say we have performance tires and that caused the problem. No one mentioned that when we contracted the job. They saw our car a 2004 SUV and a two seater golf cart. So, their position is we should not have driven on it. What is a garage floor for? Long story short. We are going to have to take Investment Painting to court as well as Sherwin Williams and we have a terrible garage floor. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! There were other problems too. One of his workers broke a ceiling fan and we had to replace it and pay someone to install it. The list goes on and on. They did do some additional painting but that does not make up for the terrible job on the garage floor. UPDATE TO RESPONSE: Customer wanted the garage floor painted and the interior of the home touched-up. We were not sure about the finish on the garage floor so we called Steve Doggett the Sherwin Williams Coatings Rep. He recommended having the floor stripped. Why did Chris not know that we needed the floor stripped in the first place? The customer had the floor ground down to bare concrete to accept the new paint. This cost us over $568.00. The Sherwin Rep told us to use an H&C finish and sealer which we did, according to company specs. (the same product i have used close to 100 times before with no problems) Chris gives us a bid for a garage floor and shows up with a Sherwin Williams rep and says we need to have the original floor paint removed.He says he has done this close to 100 times. Then why did he not tell us in the first place we would have to pay extra to have the floor ready? Chris recommended we stay off the garage floor for 4 days, and actually we hired another contractor to paint the driveway and stayed off the garage floor for over a week. One of my painters bumped into the fan breaking a blade, Mr McAdams ask me to complete the living room painting which originally was one wall to be painted. I bought 4 extra gallons of paint and painted the rest of the living room ($410.00 value at no charge)to make up for the damaged ceiling fan which cost them $75.00 to buy and install, by my math they were ahead $335.00 for the fan. The fan cost $80.00 and we paid $75.00 to have it installed. I gave him the receipts. He knows better than that. I don?t know what else I could have done. Also, Chris said he could frame in a door and it became clear he was not sure about it so we decided to do the extra painting instead. Ryan, my employee didn?t know about all the extra work I did for the fan and offered his own $20.00 to Mr McAdams to fix the fan. Mr McAdams took the money even though we had done over $400.00 worth of work for his $75.00 fan. $75.00 to buy and replace a fan, who is he kidding. They called 3 or 4 weeks later to say there were tire marks on the floor. The paint hadn?t failed but Sherwin Williams sent a rep who said the high performance tires run hot and could have marked the floor. Yes, he said Sherwin Williams is at fault and Sherwin Williams said we were at fault because we drove on the garage floor. We have a 2004 SUV with 206,000.00 miles on it. We do not have high performance tires and even if we did they saw the car when they (Chris and Steve) suggested the paint and finish. Chris did not mention that our two seater golf cart shows tire marks too. Sherwin williams also offered to give the customer free cleaning product as well as free touch up sealer. No, Sherwin Williams only offered to give us a cleaner to strip the surface and offered to give us back the money for the paint. William?s he paint and finish DID NOT FAIL. Yes, something failed and we are left with a terrible garage floor. This was Investment Painting?s choice of coatings along with Sherwin William?s consultation and agreement. Investment painting applied it. When it failed it is there responsibility to fix it. We would have gone with someone else had we not paid him 1/2 down and we were putting our house on the market. After listening to them yell and scream. You would yell and scream too. and threaten to sue still and option if we do not receive some satisfaction and ruin my reputation for three days while i tried to solve their problem for them. How exactly did you try to solve the problem? We choose Investment Painting because of all the great reviews on Talk of the Villages. However, for us this company and his job is a nightmare. (please see countless letters from satisfied customers) I GIVE UP?this customer just wants everything for free?We did not earn numerous Super Service Awards by not making our customers happy???Chris Gibbs?IPC We paid Investment Painting over $2300.00 plus $568.00 for the removing of the garage floor paint plus $80.00 for the fan and $75.00 to replace it. We are not happy and he did not try to help us at all. We did not want free stuff, we just wanted a job well done. This is the second time in 3 months that I have used this painter. I was so satisfied with the work they did in July that I decided to proceed and get the rest of the house interior painted. They were prompt, diligent, and paid careful attention to detail. All team members knew what their job was and they applied themselves from the moment they arrived until they finished with clean up after double coating the selected walls and baseboards and completing the job in only 2 1/2 hours. I live in The Villages in Florida and I highly recommend them for any interior painting that needs to be done. I've already recommended them to friends & neighbors by word of mouth but want to put the word out for a wider audience.
