+ -1 moreHe came on time, was here a total of 10 minutes. We live four miles from town where business is located. I told them when I called that it was the lid switch on my Kemore washer. They did replace the lid switch that they provided The switch is $27.26 if ordered from Sears. I know their costs are a lot less as the switch is probably not a Kenmore switch. When he wrote out the bill it was for $164.30!!!!!!!! I told him there must be a mistake! He assured me that he had taken off $10 for my Senior discount. So without my discount......the bill was $174.30. Not bad for a $27 switch, four miles and 10 minutes. Will be warning all friends and neighbors about this scam on seniors!!!!! 4

Description of Work: ABC came out and said I needed a Defrost Control Board they did not have one on their truck. This was on 4-15, they returned on 4-18 and replaced the part with the new one. The problem is on 5-20 my refrig did the samething it did before I had it repaired. I called and was told that I would have to pay another service call to determine what was wrong with my refrig. Now, remind you that I'm only out of warrenty by 3 days. Everyone I have ever delt with has been forgiving of a2or 3 day laps, but not these people. The cure was we baught a new refrig. I DO NOT RECCOMEND them to anyone.

+ -1 moreThe experience was very troublesome. I feel I was overcharged.
Description of Work: I have a wooden floor in the kitchen. I had a leak in the kitchen and I called the plumber and he said it was coming from the refridgerator. A man came and he replaced a part. At a later date, another man came and he said he replaced the part. He had been there three times. I called the office and said I do not want the man back in my house. Another man said a filter was needed and he turned off the water. He never replaced the filter. Ray came the following day and said the filter was needed and he told me to turn off the water and he replaced the ice and water filter. The first guy did a poor job. The second guy, Ray, did a great job.

Description of Work: I thought my air conditioning was completely dead. They inspected it and found a loose connection. They repaired the connection and did a total cleaning on the outside.
