They are good. I referred them to another girl who is a nurse practitioner, her company was trying to over sell her and FirstAir came out and told her she didn't need what they were trying to sell her. They did great.

It was still under warranty. It was A, they did it and that was it. I don't think they came out right away at the time. I think they were very professional and knew exactly what they were looking for and how to fix it. I am not an expert in that area so I cannot judge what they did perfectly and what they didn't do perfect. I am not an expert that's why I called them.
Description of Work: The heat wasn't working at that time. They installed a new heating and air conditioning unit for us about 2 or 3 years ago. Then a year later which was in either 2015 or 2016 the heating wasn't working properly. We called them in and they fixed it.

Description of Work: They did fine, but they sold me a replacement anti-mildew bulb for a good bit more than I could have gotten it on Amazon. However, over all it was a good price.

Robert was fantastic! He was extremely polite, professional, and thorough. Appointment was scheduled for this morning and Robert was timely and great. We definitely will use First AID in the future!

The serviceman was out there within 30 minutes after my initial call. After assessing the problem and trouble shooting all the issues he found the problem. He had to pickup the part at another location and since it was near the end of our day he said he would return early the next day. He was back again early next day with the part and fixed it in reasonable time. Jason was very courteous, knowledgeable and very respectful of working in a dental office atmosphere. Our units are over 11 years old but still have life in them. First Air is an honest company and found a way to repair the problem and not go right to suggesting a new unit as others recommended. I would highly recommend this company for business or residential.
Description of Work: The repairman replaced a control panel on one of our two A/C units.

We appreciated the professionalism and pleasantness of the technician.
Description of Work: Our A/C quit working on Labor Day weekend. We had just moved into our home that week. The service man arrived within one hour of our phone call. The system lost all the freon. The technician found he failed capacitor had caused overheating and pin-hole leak. The technician was thorough in investigating the location of the leak and repairing the weld.
