It stated off well but and ended well but it was an up hill struggle. First they had someone that never did and encloser before which was a rough road to go, the finished work was awful it looked awful and the water just pour into the lanai after the sliders were up, they kept sending men back to make it right and it was not right over and over again till I finally called and said I wanted to talk to the owner and finally he came and we had a talk and he finally got someone in to do the job right and when I showed him the awful job that was done I ask him if that was what he wanted people to see as his finished work so he sent another guy in to put a cover over the terrible work. And after many trips back to make things right it was done and it looks wonderful but it took so much time. They didn't just put us out but the tillers were put off several times do to the rain water that was getting in and laying on the floor they could not put down the tile till the water was sealed off from running into the room. Plus there is still a bit of a problem we ordered solar shades and they measured before the finishing shields were put over the seams and they do not fit as ordered, it has been a mess and it was hard to get the owner out to get things straightened out and that should of never happened, he was so busy selling to new customers he didn't give us another thought , to me I felt he should of contacted us we should not have had to insist seeing him and for him to come see the awful work done, but it wasn't lie that so it was not a good experience for us. Plus they never offered to reduce the bill over it but they did put our rain spouting up with out labor so it did work out for us there, but it was not something I want to go thru again.
Description of Work: We had our Lanai enclosed with sliders.

Signed a contract 12/19/12 with Phil (Sales/Owner). Promised delivery 4-5 wks. maybe a little longer because of the upcoming holidays. A worker showed up 1/2/13 to measure the openings for the doorwalls. Near the end of Jan. called CVS office to inquire about the install. Phil called back and told me the window maker had a fire at the factory and the doorwalls are scheduled to be delivered 2/15/13 to be installed Mon. 2/18/13. I reminded him that he promised my wife when we signed the contract that he will have everything completed by 2/21/13. This date was important to my wife because the furniture for the Lanai was stored in a bedroom we needed for family arriving on the twenty first. He had the date moved ahead a week. First set of windows were installed 2/14/13 (without screens) second set was installed 2/19/13. He kept that promise. The screens for the first set of windows was delivered and installed by the distributor 3/1/13, Inspected on 3/6/13 and paid 3/7/13. Phil Dolfi was easy to work with and he gave us a generous gift certificate to a local restaurant for our inconvenience. NOTE, Phil had his guys add a temp.water proof screen to the opening where the second set of doorwalls were to be installed because he did not have a firm delivery date. Fortunately the doorwall was completed and the furniture moved to the glass enclosed lania.
Description of Work: Remove existing frame and screening from lanai. Replace with custom Low-E insulated glass sliding door walls.

They did a real good job. We had to wait awhile for them to order the material, but other than that, it was fine. It took about a month to get the panels shipped to us. We were quite happy with his work. We thought it was a good price but we really didn't compare that much.
Description of Work: We used CVS to put in acrylic windows and one door. He replaced a screen door with a regular glass door with a screen. He insulated the whole inside and put double panels with a couple of inches of foam.
