 + -1 moreThe construction went as planned. Designs were completed, permits were pulled and work began on schedule. During the process we were kept well informed on progress or potential challenges. If there was a schedule change, we knew before it happened. The jobsite was always cleaned at the end of the day. We are planning on additional projects in the future a nd would stay with Kalam and his crew,
Description of Work: The primary purpose of the job was to enclose a portion under the house to provide an expanded garage and additional storage.

 + 0 moreThe work went very well as explained above. The final price was exactly as quoted. The workers were punctual and very neat.
Description of Work: Beacon Construction installed a new hurricane protected kitchen window and exterior bathroom door; Beacon also installed shutters on all remaining windows and was able to certify that three large door openings were hurricane protected without more work. Citizens Insurance promptly reduced our windstorm rate by about 40% and had no questions about the work. Everything went very smoothly. The work was well done and the attitude of the contractor and employees was excellent.
