Description of Work: Tom was our Real Estate Agent during our search for a home in Florida. My wife and I visited my brother in April and fell in love with southern Florida. We contacted a couple of agents via contact form on real estate websites and even met with a couple. Luckily we found Tom. We lived in upstate NY and needed an agent that listened carefully to our wants and needs. Tom listened carefully to what our dream home would be and did not try to convince us to purchase something that did not meet our wants and needs. Tom is not only a highly professional agent but he brings years of contracting experience to the table. With that experience he took the time to eliminate homes off our potential viewing list. His keen eye and desire to ensure we were going to be not only satisfied with our new home but thrilled saved us time and money. Tom had a number of homes lined up for us to view when we flew back down to Florida. His hard work and dedication to customer satisfaction ensured our home viewing time was efficient and not wasted on homes we would have no interest in. Because of our distance from Florida time spent a tremendous amount of time taking extra photos of homes and gave us a solid understanding of the neighborhoods. Finally we flew down and began the offer process. As it turned out we did not get either home we we interested in as we would not accept the sellers counter on two different homes. Now here is the proof that should make you want to do business with Tom. In the end, Tom viewed a number of homes for us and sent us pictures of the home we finally ended up with. Call us crazy, but my wife and I purchased our home without ever seeing it in person. We had built such a repoire with Tom that we trusted his judgement enough to go for it! His commitment did not end then. He was very helpful throughout the entire purchase and closing process. Tom's dedication, professionalism and total focus on customer satisfaction (not just making a sale) enabled my wife and I to purchase the home of our dreams.
