+ -1 moreIt went well overall. We were very impressed with the punctuality of the service and the fact that the hourly charges don't apply until the technician arrives at the destination.
Description of Work: We called the technician and made an appointment with him to come to our home to help set up a wireless connection for a laptop. He spent around 2 hours checking various systems trying to find out why we could not get a connection and finally discovered that the router was intermittently working and not working. We had to order a new router and set it up ourselves, not an easy task.

+ -1 moreThis was such a positive experience. We could not contact Angie's List for recommendations because the computer had failed. Therefore, I chose blindly out of The Real Yellow Pages. Chose this company primarily because they advertised they would come to us. It was late afternoon when I made the call and the technician said he would come in the morning. He arrived and set about diagnosing and troubleshooting. He took the computer to his shop after working here for two hours. He said he would return it the next day. He did so, again working quietly and effectively. His rates are the same per hour ($75) whether he works in the customer's home or at his shop. I would definitely recommend this company for any of your computer needs.
Description of Work: He worked here at our house for two hours, diagnosing and troubleshooting. He worked quietly and was very pleasant. After two hours he said he would need to take the computer with him in order to uninstall everything and then reinstall everything in order to make the most efficient repairs to the computer.
