Excellent, Jeffrey called back immediately, we set a date within the real estate contract, he was there at 9:00 am and finished his inspection. He emailed complete report with photos by 9:00 am the next morning. It's important to realize Jeff is a Florida certified inspector whose reports can be used by insurance companies to quote your insurance premium. He is more detail oriented than most real estate agents like, but takes his fiduciary responsibility to you the buyer and does a thorough inspection.

The price was different for me due to fine print and I didn't like the new price.

Jeff was exceptional. Not only did he identify all the small problems and repairs needed, but he actually showed us the problems as he found them and made experienced recommendations on what the easiest and most cost effective fixes would be. He also was the only home inspector that was willing to work around my schedule on a Friday evening. Jeff's report was over 50 pages long with detailed explanations as well as pictures associated with each item. The best part though was that he left our house at 6:30 in the evening and his report was in our inbox at 6:30 the next morning. Exceptional service from a true professional. Highly recommend Jeff for anyone's future home inspection needs.

Jeff Scott was all over the house from the roof, to the attic to the yard to the rooms to the garage etc. He inspected everything you could think of and even some which I would have never thought of....and he did find some issues that needed remediating before we could move to closing. Had we not had as though inspection as his, we would have been stuck with thousands of dollars or repairs in the out years. Our seller is now correcting them and we can rest assured our home will be in tip top shape when we finally move in. Most of all we received a very detailed report of his findings including pictures, comments, recommendations and approximate cost to remediate. In Florida and its "AS IS" contract, let the buyer beware. Definitely recommend Jeff for all you home inspection work.

Jeff answered my voicemail the same day requesting a quote. He was professional and easy to schedule with. He emailed me the client agreement and history of permits the same night. Jeff is a fantastic home inspector. We found Jeff through Angie's List and hired him because of his great previous reviews. He is quick to respond to questions and very detail oriented. His rates are fair and it's clear he works with the best interest at hear for the home purchaser. His rates are fair and he is a very personable guy that cares about his clients. Because of what Jeff found during his inspection my parents in law are looking for another property. We will make sure that we use Jeff for all our home inspection needs in Florida in the future.

It was fine. They provided great material. He was very motivated. I was able to not have to babysit him while he's doing his work. He provided the report with my insurance people. It lowered my insurance overall so I'm very happy. He's very professional, prompt and on time. He told me exactly what he's going to do and where he was going to go and what he's going to look for. When he completed his task which took him about 15-20 minutes, he concluded areas where I may need to have an electrician fix certain things for me. Overall, he basically gave me a verbal that the inspection was fine. He followed-up as he said he would with a report within 24-hours. It didn't cost more than the big deal.

It was everything you could ask for in a home inspection. Jeff is very thorough and professional. He took about 2 and a half hours to inspect the 2200 sq ft house and provided us with a very detailed report with pictures, infrared readings and approximate repair costs. I highly recommend Jeff to anyone looking for a very detailed inspection.

Jeff is extremely thorough and very honest about what he can and cannot do as a home inspector. He took the time to show me where he thought there might be issues and would proactively ask me questions to make sure that he did not miss anything. He is EXTREMELY accommodating in regards to time and scheduling. The reports were competed inside of 48 hours as well, one of them inside of 24 hours. He is a nice guy, an honest guy, and an excellent inspector.

We are very pleased with the inspection report Jeff prepared for us. We are buying a home long distance and needed to be certain that the home was throughly and professionally inspected. I found Jeff on Angie's List and was impressed with the level of detail and his follow-through. With two days notice, he conducted a 3 hour inspection of an older home in Boca Raton. I had a relative on-site during the inspection who said he was "very sharp." Jeff noted deficiencies as well as areas for us to consider upgrading, even though they weren't technically deficiencies. He thinks that home owners should be aware of things the way he sees them, and I agree. He then spent the next several hours writing a detailed 47-page home inspection report, which he sent early the next morning. No waiting! His report was thorough and included many photos and infrared images showing problem areas. He summarized the deficiencies noted at the end. That evening, he spent an hour on the phone (at 9pm his time) with me and my husband going through the report item by item. He answered all our questions very knowledgeably and patiently. I would use him again.

Great experience from start to finish! Jeff arrived early because we were expecting a rain storm and inspected the roof before it started pouring. Once inside he worked very efficiently and pointed out potential issues to me as he found them. Any questions I had were answered without feeling like I was bothering or interrupting him.
