This was the best home inspection experience I have ever had! I called on a Saturday to make an appointment and was helped by Angel. She answered all my initial questions and we made an appointment for the following week. The day of the appointment, Jeff Scott from SureSpect Home arrived early, prepared to do his job from the get go. He was very pleasant and had time to answer an occasional question about what was being inspected. He was extremely thorough looking at things I never thought of-- walking the newly laid sod and mulch looking for signs of unevenness, drainage, soil erosion, etc. He e-mailed me an extensive 27 pg. report complete with photos, summary, and recommendations that night. The next day I called him and we discussed a couple of the areas of concern which he had mentioned. Because of their work ethics, professionalism, and expertise , I would highly recommend Surespect Home to anyone needing a home inspection.

The inspector was great? very informative and professional. The inspection report was provided to me in a timely manner. It was well displayed and very east to read. It provided me with information about the history of the house that I wasn't aware of, and tip and referrals that would help me in the future if needed. Overall an excellent company and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a home inspection.

I needed a home inspection on a new condo in FL. I was not able to be on-site, I was in NJ. Jeff and his office staff were very responsive to my emails. Jeff arrived early and did a fantastic job. I had purchased a coupon for $275.00 knowing before I had to apply an additional $50.00 since the house was over 1200 sq ft. Jeff, the business owner, and his designated colleagues performed the inspections. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and arrived promptly as scheduled and performed very thoroughly work. They inspected all areas previously discussed in the agreement. Tooks notes and pictures of all defective areas regardless of severity, and detailedly compiled into the final report. His report was very meticulous filled with pictures making it very easy to understand. After the inspection, Jeff went overall of his observations with me and answered all my questions/concerns after I have reviewed the report. I feel very confident in Jeff's work and absolutely will use his company again for another mortgage inspection.

I found this surespect through Angie's, based on the reviews by pervious clients i took their services for Full Home, Wind Mitigation & WDO (Termite) inspection. to start the review firstly I was really impressed with Jeff and his staff, he arrived on time (little early) and was very thorough efficient and professional. I am glad that i choose SureSpect to do my complete home inspection, as Jeff went extra mile in explaining minute details. Jeff spent almost 5 hrs. to inspect the house, he made sure that all the appliance are working, if he wasn't satisfied or had any doughts, he tested twice to make sure that all are working properly. I don't know what to write here since this was an extremely professional, detailed and highly technical inspection of two homes. I am very satisfied.

From scheduling to performing the inspection to providing the final report, all were excellent. Jeff was very thorough and all aspects were timely. He exceeded our expectations - a very pleasant surprise. We have had both good and poor experiences in the past and Jeff was the very best. We recommend him without reservation.

Jeff Scott was the inspector, he was very prompt and efficient. He came out several times in order to satisfy the insurance company demands and additional requirements.

The appointment for the home inspection was scheduled for the very next day. Jeff arrived 15 minutes early and was ready to start. He performed a very thorough inspection and forwarded a complete report by the end of the day, noting those areas he found in need of attention. He documented the condition of all of the components are areas of the condo, and backed this up with photos and recommendations. During his inspection, he pointed out the condition of all areas and components of the property. I found to Jeff to be competent, thorough, professional and courteous. I sold my home in Virginia and renting a home in South Florida for 4 months while looking for a home to buy. I checked Angie's List for a home inspector for a contract I put in on a house. Jeff Scott's company has an A rating. I called his company and spoke with Carmen. She was the best. Finally a company with great customer service! Carmen answered all the question I had. I booked Jeff Scott to do my inspection. Jeff took his time, inspected, tested and documented every aspect of the house. Jeff Scott saved me from making a BIG financial mistake!!! I have a contract in on another home and I will only use Jeff Scott for my home inspections.
