The process went extremely well. My husband and I dropped off the chandelier and browsed around his store. There is a nice woman there who always answers the phone. There were very nice pieces of glass products for sale. In less than a week, our chandelier was ready for a minimal charge. I could not believe it! What a great deal for their excellent labor. Our chandelier was matched perfectly and we are very happy customers! We would highly recommend and use them again!!

Made initial contact. Prompt response and estimate given. Communication was not frequent, but showed up a little early for the repair appointment. Took time to set up mobile repair shop in driveway. Work was done in a very professional manner. Clean-up was above and beyond. Most importantly, the quality of work was no less than superb. The price for removal of the stained glass window, extraction of the broken pane, re-creation of the uniquely shaped pane, installation of same and re-installation of the window was very reasonable. You would never know that any damage had been done, nor that any repair had been made! Honest pricing and incredibly high quality. I would HIGHLY recommend this artisan for any new installation or repair.

The man's name was Jim and he was the owner. He also came out himself and gave an estimate and did his own work with a helper. What was great about him was he removed the doors and brought them to his shop. He etched them, sandblasted, and brought them back and installed them. He took it upon himself to take them to his shop because he didn't want to disturb me or cause a mess in my home.

They were wonderful. We did get what we wanted. It looks beautiful but very expensive. Pricing was astronomical. I would definitely recommend them for it was professionally done.

Jim Dirks is the person I dealt with. The window came out beautiful. He is an artist. He drew out the design. He and his wife run the business. She does the stained glass and he does the other work. They are a great team. I would definitely use their services in the future too.
