Very well. They were very professional and easy to work with.

We had a positive experience previously with this business as we had some tiling done. The owner does a very good job of explaining the choices. With respect to the carpeting, all costs were completely explained up front and there were no surprises or add ons. The installers came on time (the same week the order was placed!) and completed the job with total cleanup. They did a very good job of shifting around heavy furniture and returned everything to the original spot--cheerfully! It looks great.

We are new to the area and visited several providers before choosing this one. Although smaller in size than some stores, there appeared to be just as many choices in tile. The staff was very helpful in making choices. Appointments were kept and installation went smoothly. They were very professional and I expect to go ahead and have my carpeting done there as well.

Not well. They came out and measured the job and were asked their opinion on how to do a specific task concerning installing ceramic tiles. They were fairly prompt in their attempt to get some business, however, were not very quick to get the information to me regarding price. Once I received the price which was detailed, my wife and I decided to do the lesser of the 2 quotes that they provided. It was understood at the time of measuring the job that we would be providing the tile and they were shown the sample of what we were going to use. When I decided to use this company, I called them and they never returned my call for 3 days. I also wrote an email to which I never received a response. Today when I called and spoke with someone to tell them that I wanted them to install the tile and that's when I was informed that they will not pick up the tile from the dealer that I bought the tile from, even though all of the other companies that came to bid on the job told me that picking up the tile was pretty much the "norm" when doing just an install. I was told that because I did not buy the tile from them that I would have to make other arrangements to get the tile here. This was all told to me by a woman "with an attitude." I called them back to tell them to forget it that I would find someone else to do the job . Thought that anyone using this company should know about their "frame of mind" when everything was explained up front and there were no surprises from my end at all. Why would anyone hire a company when the relationship prior to the actual job is strained and laden with an attitude that was very apparent? Oh well...NEXT!

They were great to deal with and I would use them again.
