Mr Snyder gave me an exact date and time and work was performed as promised. Anton (the electrician) was prompt and professional.. and everything was done perfectly at a very reasonable cost.

We have used them several times. They did a good job and that's why I keep bringing them back. They were clean, polite, and always on time. They are nice people and I feel like I know them when they come through the door. We have used them for quite a few years and I wouldn't use anyone else.

I sent an email after hours explaining my electrical problem. Within a few minutes I received a call. Instead of making me sit in the dark overnight and charging me $150.00 for a service call, he walked me through how to fix the problem myself. I would absolutely use him again because now I know I can trust him!

Excellent work by Sparks Electrical. We were at a wedding in Oregon and our wonderful neighbors who were house and pet minding called us in Oregon and said our power was out. Looked on Angie"s List and Sparks were highly recommended. We called Jim and he returned our call . He went to our home and said that it needed a main circuit breaker. Upon our return home at 9:00am Anton and Brandon came to replace main breaker then Jim came and completed the upgrade. Needless to say were are very satisfied with Sparks Electrical and will continue to use their services and highly recommend their company.

We noticed that our hot tub was not working less than a week before guests who were looking forward using it arrived. Closer inspection revealed that the plug had separated from the wires at the outlet. I sent a message via Angie's List to Sparks. I received a call right away and, in a panic, asked if he could send someone out that day as we were leaving town and would not return until our guests arrived. He said even if they could come that day, he would most likely need to order the part, which meant that there was no way it could repaired that day. After explaining my situation, he said to take a picture of the plug and text it to him so that he might be able to see what part to order. He gave me his cell number and I texted a picture right away. He texted me back right away and said he was ordering the part and would "make sure my hot tub was running in time for my guests." What a relief!!! The only challenge was that MY schedule was not flexible that week. So he worked around it to find a good time and, true to his promise, the hot tub was working in time for my guests and all is well! We are very thankful that we found Sparks Electrical and will definitely keep them on speed dial. Great customer service, great work, timely, and a super nice guy. :0)

Inspected and maintained my generator. Got it ready for the next storm.

Did a very through job. Checked every outlet and box in the house. Fixed some minor problem in the house. Took the time to explain in ways we can understand what needs to be fix. And offer's a report with cost for anything that needs fixed. Very happy with him and service will be my go to electrician for now on.

This Company is honest, reliable and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this Company. An example of how they do business: there was an issue with sending wrong part which was distributor's fault not. Sparks. Jim Sparks personally came out to house to deliver correct part without any additional charge thereby enabling the repair to be accomplished in one not two trips. That's GREAT service and made it less costly for me. Clearly this Company wants a long term relationship with its customers and even gives AL customers a discount. If you have electrical problems, hire these guys. I will if I ever need an electrician again.

It went great! Jim, the owner came himself, walked me through what he was doing, and was very friendly. He even checked the other GFI's in the kitchen at no additional cost. I would highly recommend this company, as I have used them now three times within the last year. Every time they have come through!

Jim and his team were very responsive, patient with the permitting process and helped me through it. (I had the primary permit and Sparks Electric was a sub-contractor, so it wasn't even their job to help with the primary permit, Jim helped me and handled their part smoothly - Thank You!) Once the permits were in hand, all appointments were made and kept on time. Labor and cost estimates were within expectations and all work was done to superior quality. Clean up was better than for any other contractor of any kind that I have used here in Florida. I highly recommend Sparks Electric and will use them again.

Jim could not be more customer focused!! He communicates every step of the way from scheduling to follow up after completion. His staff went above and beyond to ensure all was in proper working order! They even hoses off the sidewalk before they left! I will definitely use Sparks in the future.

Jim and his crew were spectacular as usual. All the work done correctly, on time and under budget. I can't say enough about Sparks and their thorough professionalism. I have found the ONLY electrical contractor I will use.

II had purchased a new range and it kept tripping. I called the appliance store and they advised me that I need to call an electrician. Since I have used Sparks Electrical Contracting in the past I called them again. Jim the owner returned my call and came out. He related that my new range required more power to be brought back to the electrical panel. Him and his employee installed a new cable from the panel to the range location and resolved the issue. I was very pleased with the work ciompleted and their promptness. I will continue to use them and will refer to my friends and family. They were friendly and very professional. Jim the owner a master electrician was very informative and explained everything so I could understand

I needed urgent work on electrics done and after pleading and calling Jim for weeks on end, who kept promising "I'll call you back" and he never did. Very unreliable, as far as I'm concerned. I told him that I was interested in having them perform the work ASAP and he told me that he would get back to me with a schedule. He never got back, despite many calls to his mobile phone and messages left at the office. I have it on record that I have called 5 times to this contractor at least, get your facts straight.

Called Jim at Sparks Electrical, because I tried to replace 2 ceiling fans and had problem because they had remotes and do not go up like the fans that connect to the wall. The next day bright and early they were there and replaced the wall outlets and finished replacing the fans. Love this company....

Could not have gone better. Jim and his staff are totally professional and helpful. Fixed all issues and came in under budget. We will definitely use them again going forward with the renovation.

Sent requests and spoke with the company. They took 4 months to respond! I FOLLOW UP: If you look at the message log that YOU posted you will see the time frame it took for you to respond. Ok, so it was 3 months and 1 week, still too long!!! Thank you for illustrating my point. I contacted you in January, you said you would call me in the morning. I never heard from you. The next time you responded was in April. You could have responded at anytime before that time to let me know that you allegedly had the wrong number. Strange enough, everyone else got through to me using the same number, including the company that I chose to do the work. Better luck next time I guess.

Jim was excellent. He is a professional and does a good job. You can tell that he takes pride in his work and he is very kind.

I will use them again......It is fixed and everything is fine. And the price was reasonable !!!!!

spent 20 min discussion what lights to fix and what new lights should be added to front and back yard. 5-6 weeks later still haven't heard back.

Jim, the owner, responded promptly to my Angieslist request and sent his assistant, Anton, to deal with the kitchen issues and make the wiring safe. Safety issues were resolved quickly and at a reasonable cost. Jim and Anton spent a full day replacing the electrical service panel and properly connecting all of the circuits. The work was done very neatly and professionally and with consideration for my access to my home. The job was more complicated than we first thought and the cost could have been increased but Jim held to the estimate and saved me an additional several hundred dollars. Great work and a fair price.

I corresponded with Jim via email. In my absence, he coordinated with the realtor to gain access, removed 2 broken fans, and installed their replacements. He removed the old fans, and the packaging of the new fans. When I got in, everything worked flawlessly and my home was clean.
