Description of Work: He gave me some ideas of what was making our light in the kitchen flicker, we went with his advise and it fixed the problem completely, so we did not have to have him come to our home. We appreciated his advice and would definitely call him again for electrical problems in our home.

Some communication issues in scheduling. |Technichian came out and performed to satisfaction . However after he left I had some tweaks and added devices. Called technician direct after trying to reschedule. This seemed to cause some issues with company. Other than the scheduling issue I was satisfied. Description of Work: Sparks did a fantastic job. They installed a transfer switch and wiring for an emergency generator. The two workers were on time and very professional. They completed the job in a short amount of time and had everything they needed with them, there were no snags and no surprises. I will use them for all my electrical work. Description of Work: They redid half of our electric in a new house that the builder's electrician did not do correctly and some did not even meet code. Jim-Sparks is professional and his workers top notch. We had them recently come back and install an electrical box to run a portable generator. Wouldn't use anyone else. His prices reflect his professionalism and gets it right. Worth it.

Description of Work: I called Jim this morning because my power was fluctuating and the air conditioning was not working. He suggested that the problem was probably with FPL, and I was not getting full power at my house. He was right, I was only getting half power. FPL came and fixed the problem. I had no service call charge, just free advice from Jim. Not many electricians give free advice. Thanks, Jim
