Great job from Anton! He discovered a safety problem I didn't know I had and fixed the problem. I had a question with the bill and Jim explained the entire process and billing done to my satisfaction. I will use them again!

Jim and Anton are both great. Jim originally came out and when he looked at the floodlight I purchased, suggested I go another route. I chose one that would be hard to maintain. I exchanged it for a style that Jim recommended (it was cheaper!) and they came back and installed it. When we first bought out house, Anton came out and checked a few things for us and educated us on how our motion detector lights work. He also wired an antique dining light. I am very happy with their service, their professionalism and their prices. Highly recommended!

They came when they promised we're very efficient professional and finished quickly. Very reasonable charges.

I called this company and was able to setup appointment for the following day. The man was here on time. Was very professional and courteous. Made sure everything was done to code. Very pleased.

This is the best service I have ever received! The service man was very polite and most important very knowledgeable. The chandeliers were very heavy and had an extensive amount of packing round all the crystals #1. Beautiful job -- let no damage and was very careful with the lights and crystals --wore gloves. #2. Took the time to unwrap every crystal on both lights. #3 Took time to untangle and made sure each one looked beautiful --which was confirmed by my two adult children!! Never been happier 2 thumbs and then some!!!

lHe discovered the fan was not connected to the wiring properly which made us concerned for all the other fans in the apartment. We had the ceilings all painted previously and the painters removed and reinstalled the fans. He very graciously checked and fixed all the other fans. We have not had an elecitrician who was this knowledgeable in the 17 years we have lived here. I can see why they had so many pleased clients. Oh and we received a discount also!

We called Jim at Sparks Electric on 10-14-13 and he stopped by to eyeball the job on the 15th. He warned us they wouldn't be able to get to us for about 10 days because they were working on a mall fire involving 8 stores. However we got a call 8 days later to say they could send someone out the next day. The next day the electrician arrived a few minutes early and 4 hours later the new fan assembly had been installed. He was very careful and cleaned up. This is the first time we used this company and I would call them again as our house was built in 1967 and things are getting older.

All I have to say ..This guy Jim the owner is a life Saver..He went out to my house and inspected my breaker box to see why my grinder pump kept tripping and turning off..he looked at the Breaker Bar and the whole entire right side of the panel was burned out..I checked around for other compentative rates before giving him the job and his price beat others by far..I had one guy quote me a price of $2600.00 and he did not even want to replace the whole panel..Jim did a turn key job from start to finish..Great guy and great service..He kept in contact with me for everything that was done especially when the permiting was pulled by st lucie county..I highly recommend his company for any type of electrical job..

The entire experience has been wonderful so far and more work is still scheduled. My initial phone call was returned almost immediately and within a few hours, Jim came out to give an estimate and provide ideas for the work I wanted to have completed. Jim was very personable and provided several good ideas. Jim and Anton worked together the first day and although they ran into some difficulties and problems with the existing wiring, they were able to resolve the problems and get much of the work done the first day. I needed to run out of the house while they were there working and I felt completely comfortable leaving them in the house working while I was gone! Anton returned a second day to complete most of the the requested work. There are still a few additional things I would like to have done so we will schedule another date for some more work. These guys work diligently and efficiently and provide complete confidence that a great job is being done - and they do a great job of cleaning up after they are done. I am completely happy with the work they have done so far and I am looking forward to having them come back and do more!

The work was excellent. Jim Snider is so pleasant to have around. They were very helpful with things that weren't related to the job.

Originally had appt. set for 8-8-13; never showed up, so I called and Jim said he had truck trouble and apologized and would come out following day but we were going out of town, ( he did call the day i left out of town and said someone went to my house to pre-check the generator...?) and then the following week he was going out of town so I told him call me when he returns, no worries- he did call me upon return on 8-19-13 and said he will come out on Friday, 8-23-13 at 9 a.m. and will call when enroute--- he never called and never showed up and I did not call to find out why- perfectly nice man and seems to know a lot about generators but I felt in my best interest not to give him a third try:) He has great ratings so don't let this stop you from giving him a call!

The provider never bothered to give an estimate or call back after the initial contact. Guess they just didn't need the work. Certainly not anyone I would ever do business with. Unresponsive and unprofessional.

I called around 11am, and Jim came out that afternoon to discuss with us what we needed done, and he spent about an hour with us putting a plan in place. He was very professional, and did exactly what he said he would do. You do not see that kind of professionalism like that anymore. I highly recommend this company.

They are a small company with a lot of expertise and knowledge. Our work was performed by the technician, not the principle. Because the work we required took longer than anticipated, the cost increased to cover the additional hour it took to perform all tasks.. Work was performed safely, and carefully so as not to mark walls or floors. We requested a quote for replacing 4 canister lights with LED lights and found the quote too high to carry out the work at this time. They are not the cheapest company, but it you need to know the work is done well and correctly, they are the people you need. We will probably use them to instal the LED lights when we can afford them.

Jim and his crew anticipated one day for replacement/upgrades, but ended up being two - they worked through the second day until everything was working, not leaving until 9:30 pm. They encountered problems in our wiring which was no surprise considering the poor quality of work performed by past owners of the property. These problems of course were more than quoted, but Jim advised us prior to the start of the job. Overall, we are very pleased with finding a company who knows what they are doing and will be using Sparks again for future upgrades on our money pit. He was a little slow in replying to my call, but once things got situated It all went according to plan. Very professional and reasonably priced.

Within 3 hours of my call, the electrician came, replaced all my smoke detectors, checked my electrical box & gave me instructions on what to do if there is a problem. I can't believe how easy it was dealing w/ this company. The person that came was courteous & knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend this company & call again if needed.

there was a problem with a fan not being compatable with the switch they brought. A different switch one that was brand specific was needed so we had to go back to the fan supplier for that.... the first one from them was sizzling that is why we called Sparks. Dans Fans supplied a new switch and sent their electrician to do it. The owner of Sparks contacted me on his own and had me call him back to report how that went, He offered to come out no charge if we have any problems and check the whole situation, very good follow up. I would use them again.

easy to get an appointment, responsive and on-time. Two people to expedite the work. Some materials not on truck, but one of them kept working while the other got supplies. They did not stop for lunch til the work was finished. Great follow-up to ensure the work was good and customer happy.

Was very responsive, gave an acceptable estimate which was right on with the final bill. Did work professionally and efficiently. What I liked the most was his instructive approach on the generator and transfer box. Was very patient and made sure I knew the operation before he left.

Jim arrived on time for the quote, and was professional and kept his word on work and quote. All the work and permits were done in quick time and professionally. Would definitely use again.

Initial visit: Owner Jim Snyder came to our home, patiently listened to our lengthy discussion of jobs to be done, advised us as to the parts and equipment we should buy from Home Depot, and quoted us a fair price. He was professional, friendly, and very understanding as to what we wanted to accomplish. He inspired trust and confidence in his company. The work: Electrician Anton expertly and efficiently accomplished each of our jobs. Anton was professional, friendly, and highly skilled. We enjoyed having him in our home.
