Since I have not used this type of service before they were very helpful in working with our pest control group and early delivery's when we first move in for the winter., I would recommond him. His cost is with in ranged based on the service we requested.

+ 0 moreThis is an ongoing service. We contact Snowbird when we get ready to leave. The caretaking starts, and we contact Snowbird before we return. In addition to emails and phone calls, Snowbird leaves a written Inspection Report in our home during each visit. This Report covers all items checked: Security, Exterior perimeter,General Interior, A/C, A/C Drain, Refrigerator, Water intrusion: Water Heater, Plumbing, Roof, Sink, Mold/Mildew, and Hurricane Shutters. This form is also used for Special items, and Notes. Notes might include comments about heavy rain storms.
Description of Work: Snowbird Caretaker Services has watched our Florida home for several years. Tim is very dependable and professional. He is flexible in addressing any special requirements we have, and checks the premises carefully for broken windows, leaks, and the all-important humidity. We live in a gated community with strict rules about storm shutter closing and opening. We have not forgotten the hurricanes that affected our home in 2004 and 2005. Tim takes care of the shutters in the event of a storm. While we are away, he communicates with us regularly by email, and by phone if there is a problem or concern. He works with us to assess the urgency and work out a solution, and is a good source of local service providers. A lot of seasonal residents rely on friends and neighbors to check on their homes -- not a good idea, in our experience. We've heard the "horror" stories of the floods, broken windows, etc. that happened during the time that the friend or neighbor forgot to check. We will continue to engage Snowbird Caretaker Services.
