His crew was knowledgeable, professional, fast, clean, and were genuinely nice guys. They multi-tasked to make the best use of time and finish early. Jacob was responsive when we had questions and even made a few suggestions to save time and money. After completion, we needed them to return for minor paint touch up in an area that is difficult to see depending on the time of day, and they immediately came back and repainted to our satisfaction. We were delighted with the work performed and definitely recommend Signature for any general contract work.

OUTSTANDING. Jacob and the entire team at Signature was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very professional and delivered everything ahead of schedule. This was a huge job at 2800 sq ft, 12 ft ceilings and enough trim and wood detail to make anyone cringe. Jacob came in a few thousand lower than most but quoted 3 weeks less time and they delivered. They went the extra mile by fixing the baseboard (every inch) that the flooring contractor ruined! When the floors had to be redone Jacob was quick to work around the new contractor and keep our new move in date a reality. Saving us hundreds more in storage fees and aggravation. The General Contractor I hired had nothing but good things to say about the entire Signature team and I could not agree more. In fact, I would not hesitate to hire Jacob for this role in the future. The house looks awesome and we could not be happier!

Jacob appeared nice and knowledgeable. We brought him out to quote impact windows and doors on a house we just purchased. I mentioned I was looking to find a good general contractor for steady work over the next couple years as we wanted to also do floors, driveway, and shed. It seemed like Jacob could be that contractor. However, after leaving that day, we couldn't get him to contact us again.

Jacob and his team were great. Jacob kept us informed of the start date (which had to move a couple times due to weather) and stayed in good contact with us about what they needed from us and our expectations and the job's progress. His crew did a great job - and spoke English. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Jacob and his crew did a full demo and remodel of a 30+ year old master bath for us. When we contacted Jacob based on reviews from Angie's List, we had a pretty good idea of the direction we wanted to take. He met with us and had some additional good suggestions. My wife and I both had a positive initial impression of Jacob, and his quote for the work was in-line with what we expected to pay. Jacob and his crew were very professional throughout the entire job. There were there when they said they would be, and they got the work done in a timely manner. Everyone was very polite, and they did a good job of keeping things as clean as possible. When an unexpected problem arose in our guest shower (which we used during the remodel of the master), Jacob's crew was able to address the issue without any fuss, and they did so for a reasonable price. My wife wanted me to be sure to mention that we have young child who had to keep to a nap schedule during the reno. While remodeling is an obviously noisy process, Jacob's crew did the best they could to do the quieter work during nap time. Jacob is extremely detail-oriented, and he kept a close eye on all the work being done. When the color of the new grout on the floor was a bit off in a couple of places (I hadn't even noticed), he pointed it out and fixed it. Throughout the entire process, I felt everything was being done to the highest standard. We truly could not be happier with the way our bathroom turned out. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, and I will definitely be calling Jacob when it's time for the next improvement project.

Jacob from Signature was great to work with. He obtained all necessary permits, has quality employees working for him, and tried to mitgate dust as much as possible. The work was done on time and we are very happy with the results. He is not the cheapest but if you want the job done right I would recommend Signature.

We're in the midst of a complete townhome remodel and recently hired Signature for some interior painting and tile removal. During the proposal walkthrough with Jacob it became quite obvious that the breadth and depth of his GC knowledge and experience ran extremely wide and deep. They proposed a fair price, showed on time, finished ahead of schedule, completed everything (and then some) exactly as we discussed and cleaned behind themselves. We were also quite impressed to see Jacob on site working alongside his crew. Having such knowledge and experience on your side during any type of remodel is invaluable. If there was room in our budget to have them complete our remaining projects we'd hire them back immediately.

Jacob and his team are excellent. He came out to see us to provide a quote for a seemingly small job on a house we just moved into, and after walking him through our property I discovered that his company offers much more than I could have expected. He consolidated all of my jobs into one bid, and his prices were the best that I found. Jacob was always punctual, easy to communicate with, straight forward, and kept me in the loop with any modifications at all to the work that we discussed. He got back to me right away whether it was via text, e-mail, or over the phone. His team is also excellent. I contacted Jacob via Angies List and he called back immediately to come out for an estimate. The process was painless and Jacob had several good suggestions as we walked the house. He sent over the estimate within 72 hours and covered it with me to help me decide what I wanted and didn't want to do. Jacob and the crew started within a week and completed the job in about 12 working days. During the entire process Jacob and the crew were punctual, professional, and did great work. Jacob called almost daily to update the progress and he was very detailed on what he was purchasing. He always gave me a price range and would confirm costs before buying. That wasmuch appreciated since I wanted to stay in budget. The end result was better than I envisioned and we couldn't be happier. Costs we fair and the workmanship is excellent. I will post some pictures at a later date. I would highly recommend Jacob and his crew for any remodeling or painting projects. You won't be disappointed and I can't imagine there is a better or more ethical contractor out there. I will be using him for some additional work in the future as well. A+!!!

Jacob was very easy to work with. I'm pretty picky and I was very satisfied with all that he did. There were some minor issues that I was concerned about and he handled them right away to my satisfaction. I asked for a 3rd trim color to be painted around the side windows at the front door and I didn't like it when it was finished. He had no problem repainting them for me. Sometimes it's hard to complain when you want something changed, but he is very easy-going and easy to talk to. He doesn't make you feel you're being unreasonable. I appreciated that. The new paint on my front door made me realize how bad my old door handles looked, so I bought new ones, and he installed them at no charge. I would definitely recommend this company.

I joined Angie's List as a new customer and began my search for a local contractor. I immediately found Signature Painting and Renovations because of an impressive list of excellent reviews and contacted Jacob, the owner of the company. We set up a date for the project review which took place in two days, WOW !!!! Jacob explained what they could do to solve my problem, we reviewed alternatives, I picked the best for my needs and the project quote was emailed to me the next day with a guarantee lock in price plus a start and end date which was exactly met. Actually they started the project one day earlier then agreed upon and that was great as I had my house listed for sale and needed the work performed as quickly as possible. The crew of four showed up the first day with all necessary materials and tools needed and began the demolition phase. In two days I had a beautifully finished fourth bedroom. Each day of work was followed by a complete clean up and when they left there was no sign of construction. This was one of the most professional crews I have ever seen and I have had a great deal of experience as I have had three houses built. Their price quote was very competitive, easy to understand and thorough. There were no grey areas resulting in additional fees or charges. I highly recommend this company and look forward to using their services in my new residence.

Jacob and his staff arrived early after calling and making sure it would ok. They worked quickly and efficiently and DID NOT get a spot of paint anywhere it didn't belong. If you are looking for a great paint job this is the company to call. We wish we knew about Signature years ago when we built our home we would have loved to have had them paint the interior of our house.

Work started at 9 AM Monday, January 27. Work was completed on Saturday, February 1 at 4 pm. Work crew arrived promptly each AM and often worked past 4-5 PM. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and work was excellent. The task was huge and the outcome beautiful. This was an expensive project, but our money was well spent as we promptly got excellent results from quality craftsmen. Thank you.
