I have nothing but positive and wonderful things to say about the customer service, satisfaction, reliability and genuine care and concern Sharkey Air has demonstrated time and time again. Sharkey Air performs maintenance service on my business and residence. They have proven that customer satisfaction is paramount! Brian is exceptional, as is Favio Trejo and Maki Laskaris. These three gentlemen not only installed a new AC unit beyond my satisfaction; they were polite, timely, answered questions and were thoroughly trained in installation beyond my expectations! The owners have been wonderful to work with. They have gone above and beyond for us. The AC had went out for a weeks while they were out of town. They made sure to make arrangements to have a window unit installed. We usually work with Antonio Garcia per our request. I had worked with Antonio prior to him working with the company. I have been working with him for about 3 years now. I have recommended him to several others. They are honest and will not take advantage of you. They will not push unnecessary services. They installed the new unit so well I have had no issues.

I just had a fantastic experience. It is really wonderful when you can have a contractor come in and do something correctly. I refereed them to a friend and he came back and thanked me profusely for the recommendation. The important thing to me was that my friend is a paraplegic and they came out very quickly which was amazing. It was almost like they were sitting there waiting for the call, their responsiveness was superb.
