Very bad experience - uncooperative from the start - claimed he was a custom builder but would not change anything we asked him to. Very poor quality subs and cheap materials for which we paid top quality prices. House took far too long to complete.
Description of Work: Started home in 2005 - was completed in 2007. Basic outside construction good but terrible subcontractors inside for which we were charged exorbitant prices - shoddy quality materials (tub in master was jacuzzi but cheapest one they make - not even porcelain but plastic) and tub in other bedroom's bathroom was damaged and repaired - now repair is peeling up. Tile sub did not know how to grout tile and now have to regrout entire house ($2,000) as well as cheapest windows that were available all of which have subsequently leaked and now need to be replaced ($5,000). Thought we were getting quality for $560,000. but no such luck. Buyer beware - this guy talks a good line but isn't a quality builder.
