TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ... What an enormous waste of time and effort. Apparently this is a side business for the owner ... thus their apparent preferred scheduling of weekends. Yet, even scheduling on a weekend, they have repeatedly failed to "show" up on multiple occasions wasting a month of my time and apparently other reviewers as well. I regret not having gone over the reviews more carefully! Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED!

I believe the price for the job and scope of work was fair. I feel that the job was done professionally. My problem for the overall grad of C was due to the non-responsiveness after the job was done, and paid for. The discussion of the possible need for a splash guard was had during the quote appointment. This is a tile roof, and thus being higher above the gutter than shingles, the runoff during a hard rain overshot the gutter and allowed the rain water to pour into the pool and on the deck causing flooding. Bob actually came and agreed that a splash guard was needed, and said he would order the material. He gave us a price for this, as it was going to be additional work. He didn't return my calls, nor let me know if the material was ordered or had arrived. I left several voice messages. 3 months passed. I finally hired someone else to complete the work.

SCREEN ENCLOSURE IN 2002; WENT THROUGH THREE HURRICANES AND IS STILL W/ THE ORIGINAL SCREENING. 2 CAR PORT IN 2002; WENT THROUGH SAME HURRICANES W/O ANY PROBLEMS 3 COVERED CONCRETE DECK IN 2002; AGAIN, WENT THROUGH THE SAME THREE HURRICANES W/O PROBLEMS 4 EXPANDED ATTACHED SHED IN 2005 5. ENCLOSED ALCOVE W/ SCREEN STRUCTURE I HHAVE NO COMPLAINTS ON ANY OF HIS WORK OR SERVICE.
