Sailfish Softwash

We have a tile roof that was replaced a few years ago so I was very concerned about protecting our roof from being damaged by having it cleaned - that is why I selected Sailfish Softwash to do the job. As their name implies, they provide a soft wash to the roof so no strong power washer or scrubbers were used. I have read/learned that power washers used on roofs can damage tiles and cause premature wearing of the roof. Also chemicals used at too strong of rates can cause damage to the tiles, underlayment and plants from the runoff. Sailfish uses the right combination to help prevent roof and plant damage. I also selected their "no-walking-on-the-roof" option - where most of the roof is treated from the ground and by ladders. They did have to get on our roof to get to the higher ridges - but great care was taken when they did. There was a genuine concern of making sure all the tiles were treated - thoroughly. Their sprayer was battery operated so no loud engine running - very quiet and smooth system. Their truck was clean and their crew were polite and courteous. The chlorine smell was very mild and it only lasted a few days. Corey, the owner, came the next day to check on the service and finished the job by applying a chlorine neutralizer. There was no "get the money and run" feeling with this company. The end result was we have a very clean roof and I am confident that no damage to our roof was made as a result of this service. Great job. Corey is courteous and professional. Arrived on time. Did the job quietly and very orderly. Protected the landscape bushes. He retreated some areas at my request, but I was wrong as he already did a good job. I will rehire him and will recommend him to my neighbors.

Corey and his crew did an excellent job cleaning my roof and patio. Prior to cleaning, corey and his co worker made sure to walk our property to identify all of our gutter runoff areas, and anywhere runoff was possible. He informed us that he wanted to take all precautions and control runoff and protect all of our landscape. Corey and his crew went above and beyond in protection, cleaning, and cleanup.
