+ 0 moreIf I could give a negative rating to this business I would. My RV was taken here in October, 2015. I spoke with Ray just a few days ago and he said it was all ready but wouldn't provide any documentation. When it was picked up, now 4 months later (January 10, 2015) NO WORK HAD BEEN COMPLETED. I have correspondence saying that it was being repaired and completed. He even stated that he had filed a Good Sams Extended Service Plan claim, which was not the truth. I contacted Good Sam and they had no contact with this business or Ray regarding my RV. A complaint will be filed with the Consumer Affairs department of the Attorney General.
Description of Work: Provider was to repair slide out and jack. He, Ray, performed NO services after holding RV for nearly 4 months.
