Company never returned my phone call, and when I reached them 3 days later I was told they don't work in my area. My area is 12 miles from this company.

They did a good job, they were on time, and they had a great price. I have the best looking fence in the neighborhood.

I have lived in Martin County since 1958. In 2004 I lived in Hobe Sound and had 18" of water in my house twice in 3 weeks from Hurricanes Frances and Jeanne. In 2005 I went through Hurricane Wilma and decided it was time to move away from the water. In Martin County there are several places to live that are near the water and yet above the flood plane. I chose to live in the "Rocky Point" community. My new house needed a fence and gate to complete a partial fence that is around the rear of my house. I like to patronize local vendors because they represent my community. I went to the Reel Fence location on Salerno Rd. on Feb 26th and asked for a simple fence. I met with a salesman named Dave and he told me that because I just wanted parts for a small fence it would be simple to order the parts and he would get right back to me. Ten days went by and I didn't hear from Dave so I went back to the business location and Dave told me he lost my information and would I give it to him again. I told him again my requirements. Three days later Dave called and told me he would have my estimate. My wife was just out of the hospital and I have been her primary care giver. I do not have the time to be following up after vendors. A week later I had not heard from Dave. I was in the area of the Reel Fence location so I dropped in to see if I could get my estimate. When I arrived, Dave was gone, but the guy at the front desk said he could find my estimate. After a few minutes, he said he would call Dave and find out where he had placed the paperwork. He called Dave and Dave did not know where the estimate was. It was not in the pending files or the estimate files. The person helping me refered me to the lady who identified herself as the owner. She offered to take my information for the 3rd time. After 25 days and being treated like they didn't need my business, I told her: "I'm done." I want to patronize local vendors. I don't want to be treated like my business isn't important or big enough for consideration. If they didn't want to quote me an estimate, they should not have strung me along for 25 days.

My Insurance company changed the rules. No pool fence no insurance. I have had this pool 20+ years. I saw an add and called Reel Fence. I liked her attitude and the price was reasonable. Twelve days later my problem was solved. Design Permits, Installation, Inspections?..Insurance. Satisfied customer.
