Matt is a magician and genius. He solved a problem with my washer that was shredding my clothes. He knew that it was manufacturer defect and knew exactly what to do. In early 2024 he fixed my washing machine. He calls you right back if he is not available. His prices are great.

I'd give this business 10 stars if I could. Matt repaired my 34 year old washer in 25 minutes! He is responsive, polite, efficient, knowledgable and very reasonably priced. He even gave me some suggestions to try to fix the problem by myself. When that didn't work, he came the next day and had my machine working flawlessly.

It is rare these days to find a reliable repair person.. Matt from R&B Appliance returns phone calls, shows up as scheduled, and does an excellent job of repairing the appliance. He has all the necessary parts with him so he can do the work in one visit. Rates are very reasonable. I would definitely call this company again for any future repairs.

Matt did great! He was very nice, very professional. The washing machine had to get through a certain spot in a cycle for the issue to show, but he was patient and waited for the issue to appear. Matt had to order a part and come back to install, I didn't pay anything until he returned and everything was complete. You have to wait for him to call you back, but he is worth it.

Matt Moore of R & B Appliance was superb! Made the diagnosis using the electronic codes that these new machines have. Ordered the parts and returned within a few days to replace the worn parts. Did not charge for the initial diagnostic visit. He wore a mask in keeping with our county mandate. I recommend him highly!!!!

Extremely satisfied. My GE front loader washing machine stopped working just on specific key cycles. I requested a quote from multiple suppliers along with providing specific details about the machine behavior - I was trying to figure out if this was a setting or filter problem that I could handle or whether I needed a repair person. Matt from R&B Appliance wrote back promptly with his thoughts on what the problem might be and gave me a few suggestions to try on the machine. His suggestions pinpointed the problem situation, and I scheduled a repair appointment for the following week. Before the scheduled day, I was looking over the lower sections of the machine in detail and discovered considerable rust which had not yet caused problems but looked like problems waiting to happen so I decided to replace the machine versus repair. I cancelled the appointment and didn't actually have R&B come out. However, Matt's willingness to text back and forth with me to troubleshoot before scheduling an appointment was very helpful. In the future, when a major appliance needs repair, I will go straight to Matt at R&B due to his attitude and approach to assisting - this is the type of company I want to do business with. Very efficient, punctual, friendly and knowledgable.

Tech came and diagnosed that repair was needed on both units. Parts were needed that he didn't have with him and he said he would order them and let me know when they were in. Fast forward a month and I've called, left msgs and haven't heard anything back. Now I need to restart the process and find another company that will repair the units. Not happy!!

He was prompt, clean and very professional. He explained why it happened and what steps I could take to avoid it from happening again. I would highly recommend.

Outstanding service. Very prompt, quick work and even though a part had to be ordered it arrived the next day and Matt completed the work immediately. While here we asked him to look at our dishwasher which wasn’t attached properly. We had previously been told by another company we would have to pay for a complete dishwasher install. Matt was able to secure and attach the dishwasher with a simple fix. Great service, very knowledgeable and great value for quality work. Will definitely recommend this company to others, and will use in the future for all our appliance needs.

We had multiple problems but they centered on the washing machine. The washing machine would not empty water during the washing process and we called for service after a large amount of water came out of the back of the washer. We had two other problems that we told the repair man about which seemed related, but we did not know how or how much related. We were expecting that an experienced repairman would diagnose the basic problem. The other two problems were 1) the kitchen sink was not draining correctly, and 2) foul smelling water had collected on the floor of the garage along the wall on the opposite side of the washer. The repairman saw all the problems and diagnosed a bad washing machine pump. They had to order the pump and he would come back in two days to insert it.. However, that evening while washing a few things in the kitchen sink for a long time, the water backed up and a large gush of water came out behind the washer which was turned off. To us this event and our other problems showed that the problem was not the washing machine but a backup in the sewer. We called a plumber who correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Afterwards, the washing machine worked perfectly. If we had not called the plumber or if R+B Home did not have to order the part, we would have spent $250 to fix a working washing machine and we would still have a major sewer problem. We think the appliance repairman should have had the experience to accurately diagnose the problem. We find it hard to believe that he did not know the true problem. We had suspected from the very beginning that the problem was the sewer, but we are not sewer or appliance experts. The only good thing was that R+B Home did not charge us anything for their failure, but that was just luck.
