Description of Work: I called Matt on 11/30/11. He returned the call promptly and set the appoinment date. Matt arrived when he said he would be there. He quickly assessed the problem and made the repair. He checked another appliance at our request. He was very professional.. I will call Matt again if I need any other repairs. I was very pleased with his service.

Description of Work: Came on time...knew at what the problem was....and my ice maker is working fine.

Description of Work: Chose Matt from Angie's List.....my washer stopped washing on my BIrthday, what a present...Called in the EARLY AM and got a return call ASAP. Explained that this was my day off from work...Matt diagnosed my problem on the phone, quoted me a price and said he could fit me in today AND HE DID.............called me 20 minutes B4 he arrived, as promised., fixed my problem for quoted price and was on his way.....Will recommend him without reservation to anyone.

Description of Work: This was the first time I had to have this washer repaired. It is 6 years old. It stopped spinning. Matt was referred to me by another repair man on angies list. he ame out within two hours of calling him. he told me up front it would cost $69 for the servie call unless I fix it with him then it is waved. he went over the worse case senario whih would have been replacing the computer board. Luckily he took it apart and it just needed a small part which he had with him. It was fixed in 30 minutes and runs like new. It is so easy to get ripped off on appliances and I am a singl mom and would have no idea. He was very honest and polite. Ladies use him. He is not out to rip you off. He is Maytag certified as well.
