Took about 30min to dismantle, diagnose (ice buildup behind an interior panel), remediate and reinstall. Fast and friendly and a lot less expensive then I thought.

I contacted R&B through Angie's list to set up an appointment. It took two days for them to respond, but instead of setting up an appointment, they sent me instructions on how to fix the door myself! And it worked! Super impressive.

I thought it all went well. I was very impressed and I am not easy to impress.

When replacing motor on dryer, weird situation presented itself as the electronics no longer worked right. Matt took full responsibility and got needed parts to replace mother-board in dryer at his expense...made two separate trips to make sure fully resolved. Did not charge us for needed electronics parts or additional work for dryer, and refrigerator work because of delay in completely fixing dryer. Mistakes happen in any situation, and Matt from R&B was completely behind his work and urgently worked as best as can to get needed parts and resolve. Would not hesitate to call again on R&B to repair any appliance.
